よび側面パネルを有しかつ排気ダクトの吸込口を
囲むようにして取り付けられるフード本体と、こ
のフード本体内に着脱自在に装着されかつ排気中
の油分を濾過するための金属フイルターと、前記
フード本体内に設けられた換気フアンとを具備し
、前記フード本体の側面パネルに換気フアンを作
動させるためのスイツチ部が取り付けられている
