横断面図であつて、保温構造は、浴槽1の外側面
1aの適所に複数の間隙形成支持具2,2…を配
設し、間隙形成支持具2,2…に支持させた熱収
縮性フイルム3で浴槽1の外側を覆蓋し、該フイ
ルム3を熱収縮作用により緊張させて浴槽1の外
側面1aとフイルム3との間に断熱空気層Aを形
成してある。間隙形成支持具2は、後述するフイ
ルム加熱工程中に変形しない耐熱性の板紙、ダン
ボール紙、合成樹脂等の適宜素材よりなる。間隙
形成支持具2は、第2図に示す如きアングル状、
中空柱状等の長尺物、または第3図に示す如き格
子状成形体等が適宜選択され、支持高さH(例え
ば、H=10〜30mm)を得るようにしてある。浴槽
外側面1aに間隙形成支持具2を取付ける方法
は、間隙形成支持具2が第2図に示す長尺物の場
合には片面粘着テープまたは両面粘着テープ4を
用いて貼着し、間隙形成支持具2が第3図に示す
格子状形成体の場合には浴槽1に間隙形成支持具
2を嵌着して行なう。熱収縮性フイルム3は、塩
化ビニール樹脂、ポリエチレン又はポリエステル
等の単層または複層よりなる適宜厚み(例えば、
0.3mm)のものが用いられ、必要に応じてアルミ
ニユーム等を蒸着し放射率を大きくしておく。加
熱前の熱収縮性フイルム3′は、第4図に示す如
く、前記間隙形成支持具2,2…配設された浴槽
1を覆うことができ且つ熱収縮代を含む大きさの
箱状に予め形成しておくことが好ましい。

側近に配設し間隙形成支持具2,2に、フイルム
3′を粘着テープ4で固定した状態を示す。同図
Cは、浴槽1に形成された釜配管用開口部1cの
外側周縁部1dにフイルム3′の開口周縁部3c
