[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention constantly and quantitatively dissolves water-soluble solid chemicals for fragrance, deodorization, sterilization, and cleaning to be installed in flush water tanks for flush toilets, etc. The present invention relates to a container for flush toilet cleaning agent for flushing.

Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, this type of container has been constructed by attaching a lid c to a container b containing a water-soluble solid drug a and submerging it in a washing water tank, etc., and using a drug solution outflow hole provided on the outer periphery of the lid c. The water flowing in from d dissolves the water-soluble solid drug a and diffuses it into the tank to a constant concentration. In the figure, e indicates a vent hole that allows water to enter and exit the lid c.

However, in the early stages of use, the upper surface of the water-soluble solid drug a is located at the top of the container b, which is close to the drug solution outflow hole d, which is the water inlet and outlet, so a relatively small amount of the drug a is dissolved and flows out, whereas in the later stages of use, the amount of the drug a is When the amount decreases to the lower part of container b, a residual water layer is formed above the drug a, making it difficult to be disturbed by the water flowing in from the drug solution outflow hole d when water is poured into the tank, so that the drug a is dissolved and released. As a result, the amount of dissolution tends to decrease as shown in FIG.

If the dissolved amount decreases, the concentration of the drug in the waste water from the tank will decrease, even though a considerable amount of the drug a remains in the container b, and the desired aroma, deodorization, sterilization, and cleaning effects will not be achieved. I'm getting tired of being able to do it.

Here, the container body 1 is made of glass, plastic,
It can be made of ceramic, metal, etc., and is preferably one that allows the remaining amount of the contents to be seen through. The lid body 3 can be made of plastic, metal, etc., but plastic is suitable for ease of processing. Furthermore, the jet water diffuser 10 may be constructed of metal, plastic, or a combination of metal and plastic, and the tilting point can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the legs 8.

Next, when the water in the tank starts to be discharged, as the water level drops, the dissolved medicinal solution flows out from the medicinal solution outflow hole 4 of the lid body 3 into the toilet bowl together with the discharged water, and has a cleaning effect. At this time, the water accumulated in the water storage part 6 of the lid body 3 falls into the container main body 1 from the jet water hole 7 and becomes a jet of water, and the dissolution of the solid drug 2 is further promoted by the disturbance.

However, in the early stage of use of this container, since the solid drug 2 is close to the drug solution outflow hole 4, the amount of dissolution and outflow is relatively large, and the desired amount of drug is sufficiently dissolved and released. There is no need to further promote dissolution of the solid drug 2 by disturbance caused by the inflow.

Therefore, at the beginning of use of this container, the jet water diffuser 10 is placed close to the bottom of the jet water hole 7, and the jet water from the jet water hole 7 is diffused radially in the direction of the arrow in FIG. The flow of the jet water is weakened so that the jet water does not directly dissolve the surface of the solid drug 2 and cause more dissolution than necessary. Thereby, the amount of elution of the solid drug 2 at the initial stage can be suppressed.

When used in this way and reaching the middle stage of use, the solid drug 2 in the container body 1 decreases by half to one third, and a thick residual water layer 11 is formed above the solid drug 2, causing the liquid to flow out from the drug solution outflow hole 4. If only water flows in and out, the amount of dissolved and outflowed solid medicine 2 will be insufficient, but since the solid medicine 2 around the legs 8 of the jet water diffuser 10 is dissolved and reduced, the legs 8 are exposed and the jet water In response to the falling pressure, the water jet diffuser 10 gradually tilts, and finally, as shown in FIG. 6, it is no longer fixed by the solid drug 2, detached, and falls down. When the jet water diffuser 10 begins to tilt, the jet water diffusion effect decreases and the disturbance effect caused by the jet water increases proportionally. Furthermore, when the jet water diffuser 10 falls, the jet water flows in with moderate disturbance as shown by the arrow in FIG. 6 without being diffused, reaches the surface of the solid drug 2, and dissolves and flows out the solid drug 2. , and the chemical solution flows out in an extremely stable manner until the end.

Comparing the above results with conventional containers, the 7th
As shown in the figure, if the horizontal axis represents the number of times the tank is filled and drained, and the vertical axis represents the amount of solid drug remaining in the container (g), in the case of a conventional container, dissolution of a certain amount or more will occur up to about 2,000 times. The outflow is repeated, but after 2000 times it is 1
The amount of dissolution and outflow per cycle is extremely small. On the other hand, in the case of the container of the present invention, the amount of dissolution and outflow is approximately the same or slightly higher than that of the conventional container until approximately 2000 times.
Since the jet water diffuser 10 collapses after about 2000 times, it is possible to maintain approximately the same dissolution and outflow amount as up to 1000 times, and the solid drug is completely consumed after about 2900 times. The tests were conducted for each solid drug.
The test was carried out under the conditions of 260 g and tank volume of 35. 8th
The figure shows the state of the 2500th test in the above test. In the conventional container b, which is not equipped with a water storage section, a jet water hole, and a jet water diffuser, the liquid inside the container is concentrated only in the lower part and very thin in the upper part, and the solid drug In contrast, in the container of the present invention, the liquid inside the container is almost uniformly thick, and the remaining amount of solid drug 2 is small, so that the required amount of drug does not dissolve and flow out even though there is a large amount of solid drug 2 remaining. is being carried out.

As described above, according to the flush toilet cleaner container of the present invention, jet water is allowed to fall into the container body from the water reservoir provided in the lid, and at the initial stage of use, the jet water is diffused by the jet water diffuser. During the latter stages of use, the jet water diffuser was prevented from operating, so the jet of water increases the dissolution effect of solid medicines in the latter stages of use when the remaining amount of solid medicines is low, so flush toilet cleaners are constantly averaged. The appropriate amount can be poured into the toilet bowl, and the effectiveness of the cleaning agent can be fully demonstrated. In addition, the jet water diffuser can move freely inside the container body after it falls down, dispersing the water-soluble solid agent to every corner. In addition, since the jet water diffuser is already stored inside the container body in a ready-to-use state, troublesome operations can be eliminated during use, and it will not be bulky or damaged during transportation. Various excellent effects can be achieved, such as being able to prevent damage.
