で充分な値を保てない傾向にある。したがつて充
分なインダクタンス値を得るため環状磁心の一部
を放射方向に切り欠き磁気回路一部に空隙を設け
た漏洩インダクタンスを大きくしたC字状磁心に
巻線を巻回したチヨークコイルがノイズフイルタ
または電源平滑回路などに用いられている。従来
この種のチヨークコイルを配線基板上にその直径
方向を配線基板と垂直に固定実装するとき、コイ
ルの外周部を接着剤またはシリコン系樹脂などで
基板に固定するとともに、巻線からのリード線を
基板の貫通孔を通し基板の裏面で配線と接続して
基板上のチヨークコイルを固定している。

イル1を形成する。立方形で切り欠き3の間隙と
ほぼ同じ幅で切り欠き3の半径方向寸法より充分
高い寸法で切り欠き3に嵌合される台部7と、上
面側方に開脚する可撓性の薄板である弾性片8
と、台部7の底面下方に向けて形成され幅狭の角
柱状片で下端の長さの方向の両側縁部に幅方向に
突出する矢形の反り部10とをポリプロピレンの
ような可撓性電気絶縁材で一体に成形しコイル支
え部材6が形成される。弾性片8は付根近くで内
側に彎曲させて背中合わせにし上方で外側に彎曲
させ自由端部が所要の高さ寸法で外方で且つ水平
に延在するように成形される。背中あわせに成形
されるのは巻線の巻回数が多い場合コイル1の中
心孔部4の内径が切り欠き3の間隔より小さくな
ることに対応させるので、自由端面間距離を磁心
2の中央孔部4の内径より若干大きく設定する。

接着剤を使用しないのでガスの発生など環境を損
なうこともない。
