基端方向へ伸展した伸展位置と第一支持枠の一側
に折り畳んだ折り畳み位置を取りうるよう、第一
支持枠の基端部にその一端部を回動自在に取り付
けられた第二支持枠とで構成するとともに、第一
支持枠と第二支持枠とを間に第二支持枠を上記伸
展位置と折り畳み位置に選択的に固定する固定手
