In order to solve the above problems, this idea uses steam as a heating source to evaporate LPG while preventing LPG from being mixed into the steam. In addition to providing an evaporator, a heating medium evaporator is provided to heat and evaporate the heating medium by supplying steam, and a circulation pipe is provided to naturally circulate the heating medium vapor generated in the heating medium evaporator to the LPG evaporator. The present invention is characterized in that a control mechanism is provided to maintain the steam pressure of the heating medium in the circulation pipe lower than the pressure of the steam.

LPG is sent to the LPG evaporator and evaporated, but by controlling the pressure of the heating medium vapor to always be lower than the pressure of the steam that is the heating source,
This prevents the heating medium from mixing with the steam, and at the same time, by using steam as the heating medium, natural circulation is caused by the pressure of the steam and the condensation pressure, thereby reducing the installation area of pumps and the like.

The steam heating type LPG evaporator 10 has an integrated structure including an LPG evaporator 12 that evaporates LPG supplied by an LPG pump 11 and a gas superheater 13 that further heats the evaporated gas, and the lower part is the LPG evaporator. 12, and the upper part functions as a gas superheater 13.

The heating medium evaporator 1 is used to supply the heating medium to the LPG evaporator 12 and the gas heater 13.
4 is installed, and a portion of the steam from the power generation boiler is supplied under reduced pressure and used as a heating source. For example, water is used as the heating medium heated by the steam, and is stored in the heating medium evaporator 14.

A steam pipe 15 is connected to the upper steam part of this heating medium evaporator 14, and the steam is sent to the LPG evaporator 12 and gas heater 13, and after being heated or superheated by a drain pipe 16 connected to these steam pipes 15. The condensed steam is returned to the lower water portion of the heating medium evaporator 14 through a circulation pipe.

Depending on the pressure of the vapor of the heating medium heated by steam in the heating medium evaporator 14, there is a possibility that LPG may be mixed into the steam, so a control mechanism is provided to prevent this mixing. A pressure controller 17 is attached to the steam pipe 15, and its detection signal controls the opening of a flow rate regulating valve 18 that regulates the amount of steam flowing in, so that the steam pressure P2 of the heating medium is always maintained. Steam pressure P should be lower than 1 .

If such a heating medium with a steam pressure of 2 Kg/cm 2 is supplied and circulated to the LPG evaporator 12 and gas superheater 13 through the steam piping 15 and the drain piping 16, in the unlikely event that the steam piping 15 or drain piping 16, approximately 15 to 20 kg/cm 2
LPG may get mixed into the heating medium, but steam has a higher pressure than this heating medium, so
The heating medium mixed with LPG will not be mixed into the steam.

In addition, since the heating medium is supplied as steam through the steam piping 15, condensed, and then returned through the drain piping 16, natural circulation is possible without the need for a particular circulation pump, and no pump power is required.
The installation area can also be reduced.

In addition, it is not limited to the case where water is used as a heating medium; any fluid whose evaporation temperature (equilibrium pressure) can be lower than the saturation temperature (equilibrium pressure) of steam may be used.
It may be determined depending on the conditions of the steam to be supplied.

As specifically explained above with one embodiment, according to this invention, steam is supplied to the heating medium evaporator to turn the heating medium into steam, and the vapor of this heating medium is sent to the LPG evaporator to evaporate LPG. However, since the control mechanism is used to ensure that the pressure of the heating medium steam is always lower than the pressure of the steam that is the heating source, LPG is transferred to the steam through the heating medium.
There is no problem even when using a part of the steam from a power generation boiler where water supply management is strict.

In addition, since the heating medium is used as steam and is condensed after heating, there is no need for a pump for circulation, which reduces the installation space and operating costs compared to the conventional method of using hot water. Cheap and energy saving.
