Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the breakage and deformation of a handle and reduce the play between the handle and a shaft by constituting one member form a hub part, spoke part and a rim part and constituting the other member from a hub part and a spoke part. CONSTITUTION:A handle 1 is formed by joining one member 2 with the other member 3. One member 2 consists of a hub 2a, spoke part 2b, and a rim part 2c. The spoke part 2b is shaped to have a section in U-form. The other member 3 consists of a hub part 3a and a spoke part 3b. The spoke part 3b is fitted into a groove having a section in U-form of the spoke part 2b of the other member 2. The both spoke parts 2b and 3b are joined through the resistance welding. Thus, the play between the handle and the shaft is reduced to zero without generating the breakage and deformation due to impact.
