たキヤツプ7を上記首部2に嵌着しその周壁8の
下縁を前記凹所3に絞り込み両者を係合させてい

(考案の効果)

の下方への撓みはストツパー押え板11の一種の
邪魔板としての働きにより妨げられ、該飛び出し
は必然的に一時停止し、瞬時にガス抜きされ上述
のバルブ暴発が回避され、従つて上記バルブの暴
