えて、曲げ加工により折曲した金属板の端部を互

として所望方向にのばし、その端部を折曲加工す
ることにより、所望の形状の製品を形成する方法
を提示した(特願昭62−088462号)前記の方法に
より製作した製品は、互いに嵌合した折曲部が外
力により変位し、位置ずれが生じ、製品に不具合
を発生する等の問題点があつた。
