Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance stiffness by connecting longitudinal frames with lateral frames via tenon joints to which adhesives are applied, thereby concurrently nailing fiber reinforced boards onto the both surfaces of a frame work so as to be installed. CONSTITUTION:Plural longitudinal frames 21 are connected with an upper and a lower end section and intermediate frames 22 through tenon joints 28 to which adhesives are applied, so that a frame work 24 is formed. Then, fiber reinforced gypsum boards 25 are nailed onto the both surfaces of the frame work 24. In this case, one board is nailed only onto one single face of the frame work, it is installed onto a ceiling or an alcove, then, the other board 25 may be nailed onto the other surface of the frame work thereafter. By this constitution, the stiffness of a partitioning panel 20 can be increased roughly two times as much as that of a former one. This constitution enables the bend and rocking motion of the frame work owing to loading and vibration to be restrained when it accommodates men.

This partition panel forms a framework by connecting the upper and lower ends and middle parts of multiple vertical bars with horizontal bars, and then attaches surface plates such as gypsum board to both sides of this framework. It is structured as follows.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the conventional partition panel only connects the vertical and horizontal crosspieces through a mortise, and there is a limit to the improvement in frame rigidity. In addition, there is a limit to the improvement of surface rigidity since only normal-strength surface plates are attached to both sides of the framework. For this reason, conventional partition panels have a limitation in improving their overall rigidity, and have the disadvantage of being relatively easily bent or swayed by loads and vibrations applied during the occupancy stage.

Since the partition panel 20 connects the vertical beams 21 and horizontal beams 22 not only through the mortise 28 but also by using adhesive, the frame rigidity is improved compared to, for example, "without adhesive". It can be improved by about 1.2 times. Furthermore, since a fiber-reinforced board is used as the gypsum board 25 attached to both sides of the framework 24, the surface rigidity can be improved by about 1.7 times compared to, for example, "ordinary gypsum board". For this reason,
The overall rigidity can be improved by about twice as much, for example, and the occurrence of bending and shaking due to loads and vibrations applied during the occupancy stage can be suppressed.
