近年、カーペツト等に代え、床面にプラスチツ
クタイルを敷設して防水および装飾を施す要望が
あるが、通常プラスチツクタイルは下地層,中間
層,表層の三層をヒートシールにて層着して製造
するため、中間層に模様を付して積層するとヒー
トシールの際柄づれが生じ、歩留りが悪い原因と
なる。そのため、柄づれが生じないように、種々
の方策が提案されているが、製造工程の非能率化
