力信号を受けて前記ガスタービンに係る燃料制御
弁の開度指令信号を出力する出力制御装置におい
て、出力設定値と実出力との偏差を演算し、同偏
差が所定の値以上又は所定の値以下の場合に蒸気
加減弁を一定速度で閉又は開とする開閉指令信号
を出力する手段を備えた複合サイクル発電プラン
