部と、前記案内データを前記記憶部から読み出すデータ

文字案内の電話回線それぞれで一つを選択して出力する
と共に前記データ読出制御部によって読み出された案内
を音声蓄積装置の出力回線である電話回線に送り出すデ
ータ送受信制御部と、このデータ送受信制御部からの指
示により音声および文字の少くとも一方を指定してデー
タ送出要求する平行動作制御部とを有することを特徴と
