ト5、ヒーターカバー7、水管8を図の如く水密
状に結合することによりヒータープレート5の下
端に形成する開口部を貫通垂下し、また、ヒータ
ープレート5とヒーターカバー7とで空間9を設
けてある。10はサーモスタツト等からなる制御
部品でヒーター6のターミナル部と同様空間9内
に設けたものである。11はヒーター6、制御部
品10等と外部電源を接続するリード線で開口部
3a下端より容器19外に導出している。上記番
号5〜11の部品によつてヒーターユニツト12
を形成しており、めねじ3bとおねじ5aのねじ
締結によつて内瓶1に固定されている。13はヒ
ーターユニツト12と内瓶1間に介在する水密用
のパツキン、14は水管8の下端部を接続するジ
ヨイントパイプ、15は吐出と水量表示を兼用す
るゲージパイプで、ジヨイントパイプ14と接続
している。16は吐出口で、ゲージパイプ15と
接続している。17は本体、18は本体17に開
閉自在に固定したふた体で内部には空気を圧送す
るエアーポンプ18aを設けている。

組立用治具等を差し込み回転することによつてめ
ねじ3bとおねじ5aによる締付固定がされ、水
管8にジヨイントパイプ14を挿入接続して完了
