調理の出来具合が制御される。感熱体1の上部蓋
板21と結合する有底の筒状ケース2の底の中央
部に間隔を置き棒状永久磁石4を収納する凹部2
2と常閉形のリードスイツチ8を支持する支持板
9が通る細長孔23を貫設する。さらに熱板5に
固着し感熱体1が収容される有底の外ケース6と
感熱体1のケース2との間に常に感熱体1を上昇
させておく圧縮コイルばね6および上端でリード
スイツチ8を永久磁石4と平一面で拘持し下端を
外ケースの底に固着支持する支持板9が細長孔2
3を貫いて設けられ安全装置が形成される。

ような下限値以上に選定しなければならなく、永
久磁石4の選択が難しい欠点がある。

の下降位において永久磁石4の磁束を遮蔽する磁
気遮蔽板10を固定し調理器の安全装置が形成さ
れる。

変位でリードスイツチ8の切換が確実に行なわれ
る。すなわち感熱体1の変化量に対し磁力が急激
に変化し永久磁石4の磁力量、または特性の不均
一の影響はなく切換が良好で装置の安全性、信頼
性が向上する。

永久磁石4の磁極の中央面に接点の位置を配しリ
ードスイツチ8を嵌入させて安全装置が形成され
る。
