本考案は電気機器等のプツシユスイツチ操作装
置に係り、更に詳しくは押しボタン部がキヤビネ
ツトと一体に成形されているプツシユスイツチ操

考案の目的

考案の概要

間に別の長手状肉薄ヒンジ部を設け、さらにプツ
シユスイツチを配置しただけであるから、構造が
簡単でスペースフアクタも良く、また製造が容易
であり、しかも板状操作部を薄くして弾性に富ま
せる必要が特にないから、合成樹脂基体の成形時
にヒケが生じて板状操作部などが変形することが
なく、従つて、高品質なものを提供することがで

されている。そしてこのボタン部17の下部に
は、上記ヒンジ部16の近傍に設けた別の長手状
肉薄ヒンジ部18を介してボタン部17に一体に
連結された操作部19が、ボタン部17とほぼ同
じ方向に二股状に延設されている。即ち、ボタン
部17と操作部19とは長手状肉薄ヒンジ部18
を介して互いに連結されて断面ほぼV字状の一体
成形体を構成している。この場合、ヒンジ部18
の肉厚Tとヒンジ部16の肉厚tとはT>tとな
るように構成されており、操作部19はボタン部
17より幅狭で、且つボタン部17より長く形成
されている。そしてこの操作部19の先端部に対
向してプツシユスイツチ20が配されており、こ

用のストツパー23の中間片25に当接して、そ
れ以上の移動が阻止される。このようにボタン部
17がスイツチ20の限界ストローク以上に押さ
れても、操作部19に係わりなくボタン部17の
みが単独に移動する構造であるから、操作部19
従つてスイツチ20には無理な力が加わることが

屈曲して板状ボタン部のみが単独に移動して、板
状操作部及びプツシユスイツチに無理な力が加わ
ることがない。このため、プツシユスイツチやプ
ツシユスイツチのリード線等を破損することがな
いから、極めて安全なプツシユスイツチ操作装置
