Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
(イ) 産業上の利用分野
本考案はテープ再生装置におけるテープカウン
タの取付装置に関する。
(ロ) 従来の技術
従来この種テープカウンタを取付けるものとし
て、例えば実開昭51−73018号公報に記載されて
いるような構造が知られている。そしてその類似
構造として第４図に示す如き構造のものも知られ
ている。第４図において、テープカウンタ１をテ
ープ再生装置の前面パネル２の裏側に取付ける場
合、第５図に示す如き形状の取付金具３にテープ
カウンタ１を螺子４によつて予め取付け、この取
付金具３をテープメカニズムシヤーシ５に螺子６
で取付けていた。そして前記テープメカニズムシ
ヤーシ５を前面パネル２の裏側に固定する際、前
記取付金具３を前面パネル２の裏面に一体に形成
されたボス７に螺子８で固定し取付けていた。
(ハ) 考案が解決しようとする問題点
上記した従来の構造に依れば、取付金具３はＺ
形に折曲された鉄板を用いているため、平行度が
出にくく、又、中途で曲げられているので寸法精
度を出すのが困難であつた。そのため、テープカ
ウンタ１のリセツト釦９を前面パネル２の透孔１
０に対してセンターを合致させ難く、前面パネル
２の表面に貼られた透明塩化ビニールシートの表
示板１１の透孔１２に当り、リセツト釦９の操作
が不安定になるという問題があつた。
このため前面パネル２の透孔１０並びに表示板
１１の透孔１２を大きくすると、センターずれが
目立ち、外観的に美感を損ねることになり、又上
述した従来の構成であれば取付金具を必要とする
のでコストアツプになると共に組立工数が多くな
るものであつた。
(ニ) 問題点を解決するための手段
本考案は上述の問題点に鑑み、前面パネルにテ
ーブルカウンタ表示部とLED発光表示部とを隣
接させたテープ再生装置において、前面パネルの
裏面に一体に形成されたリブによつてテープカウ
ンタを位置決めすると同時に該テープカウンタの
リセツト釦を透孔より表面に突出して設け、
LEDを取付けたプリント基板を前面パネルの裏
面に一体に形成された取付ボスに取付けると同時
に該プリント基板により前記テープカウンタを前
面パネルに押圧し固定するようにしたことを特徴
とするテープカウンタの取付装置を提供するもの
である。
(ホ) 作用
本考案に依れば、LEDを取付けたプリント基
板を前面パネルの裏面に取付けた時、該前面パネ
ルの裏面にその透孔とリセツト釦のセンターが合
致するように予め位置決めされているテープカウ
ンタを前記プリント基板で挟持することが出来る
ので、前面パネルの透孔とテープカウンタのリセ
ツト釦のセンターを合致させた状態でテープカウ
ンタの取付けを行なうことが出来る。
(ヘ) 実施例
以下図面に示す本考案装置の実施例について説
明する。
第１図は本考案の対象とするテープ再生装置の
斜視図を示し、前面パネル１３にはカセツト装着
部１４が形成されると共に該カセツト装着部１４
に装着されたカセツトのテープ走行量を表示する
テープカウンタ表示部１５と信号レベルをLED
にて表示するLED発光表示部１６が隣接して設
けられている。
第２図は本考案の要部断面図、第３図は要部斜
視図を示しており、各図において前面パネル１３
の裏面にはテープカウンタ１７を位置決めする複
数のガイドリブ１８ａ，１８ｂ，１８ｃ，１８ｄ
及びストツパーリブ１８ｅ，１８ｆが一体に形成
されており、このガイドリブ１８ａ，１８ｂ，１
８ｃ，１８ｄ間にテープカウンタ１７をストツパ
ーリブ１８ｅ，１８ｆに当たるまで挿入すること
によつて、テープカウンタ１７を前面パネル１３
の裏面に位置決めすることが出来るものである。
このようにして位置決めされたテープカウンタ１
７のリセツト釦１９は前面パネル１３及び表示板
２０の各透孔２１，２２から表面に突出してお
り、勿論この時リセツト釦と透孔のセンターは合
致した状態にある。
又、前記前面パネル１３の裏面にはLED発光
表示部に対して複数のLEDを対向させるための
LEDホルダー２３……が一体に形成されており、
該ホルダー２３……内には、プリント基板２４に
取付けられた複数のLED２５……が挿入される
ようになつている。前記プリント基板２４には前
記テープカウンタ１７のプーリ２６を逃がす透孔
２７が形成され、又螺子挿通孔２８，２８，２８
が形成されており、前面パネル１３の裏面に一体
に形成された取付ボス２９，２９，２９上にプリ
ント基板２４を載置し螺子挿通孔２８，２８，２
８を通じて取付螺子３０，３０，３０によつて取
付けられる。
そして、斯るプリント基板２４の取付けによつ
て、テープカウンタ１７の位置決めピン３１がプ
リント基板２４の位置決め孔３２に嵌合し、テー
プカウンタ１７は前面パネル１３の裏面に向つて
押圧される。
従つてテープカウンタ１７をプリント基板２４
の前面パネル１３への取付けと同時に取付けるこ
とが出来るものである。
尚、３３はカセツト装着部１４に用意されてい
るカセツトホルダー、３４はテープメカニズムシ
ヤーシ３５に用意されているテープ駆動用リール
軸、３６は該リール軸のプーリ３７とテープカウ
ンタ１７のプーリ２６との間に懸架されたベルト
である。
(ト) 考案の効果
本考案装置は上述したように、LEDを取付け
たプリント基板を前面パネルに取付けることによ
り、この前面パネルのリブにて予め位置決めされ
たテープカウンタを挟持する如く押圧し固定する
ことが出来るものであるから、テープカウンタの
リセツト釦と前面パネル側の透孔とのセンターを
正しく合致させた状態で取付けることが出来、そ
の上従来のように専用の取付金具を必要としない
ので組立工数も低減されることとなり実用的なも
