アルコールにアルキレンオキサイドを付加して得られる
ポリエーテルとテトラフルオロエタンからなるテトラフ

含フッ素シリコーン油あるいは本発明のポリエーテル油
以外のポリエーテル油等と混合使用することが可能であ
