Claims (1)
方向指示マークを外面に持つ軸状で中空の本体ケ
ースと、この本体ケースの内部に設けられ本体ケ
ース下端の開口に一部露出状態で回動可能に支持
された球体とこの球体に下端部が固定されたステ
イツクとからなる可動体と、この可動体の球体に
外力が作用していない時ステイツクが傾きのない
中立位置に復元するようにステイツクを弾性的に
保持する姿勢復元手段と、前記球体を机上等の面
上で滑らせた時の摩擦による前記ステイツクの傾
斜方向を検出する傾斜方向検出手段と、検出した
傾斜方向信号を、前記ステイツクが傾斜している
時間だけコンピユータに座標入力用データとして
送出する信号送出手段とを備えたことを特徴とす
る座標入力装置。 (2) 前記傾斜方向検出手段は、本体ケースの内
周に沿つて配置した少なくとも4分割された電界
用電極と前記ステイツクとの間に電界を発生させ
、ステイツクが傾斜することに伴う前記の各電界
の強度の変化に基づいて傾斜方向を検出すること
