手段と、フレームに回動可能に枢着されたカバー
体と、該カバー体を常時閉じる方向に付勢する第
２の付勢手段と、該カバー体を該第２の付勢手段
の付勢力に抗して所定角度だけ開いた時に互いに
係合し合う、前記カバー体及び前記揺動アームの
双方に設けられた係合手段とを備え、カバー体を
前記所定角度以上開いたときには前記係合手段を
介して前記揺動アームを前記第１の付勢手段及び
前記第２の付勢手段の付勢力に抗して揺動させ、
