り、他方、連結が強固なものは取付け時連結作業
が困難で製作能率が悪いという問題点があつた。
本考案は、上記のような問題点を解決して、手
提げ部材を固定帯本体に一旦取付けた後は容易に
外れないように強固に連結することができ、しか
も取付作業が比較的容易で、量産性に優れ安価に
製作できる構造を提供しようとするものである。

外両面に、該内面または外面と略直角をなす段部
と該段部の先端から夫々固定帯本体の端部に向か
つて漸次薄肉状となるテーパー面とを有する係合
凸部を相互に長手方向に位置をずらして突設し、
該手提げ部材の両面の係合凸部を前記固定帯本体
の手提げ部材挿通部に素材の弾性を利用して強制
的に嵌挿して両係合凸部の段部を夫々係止枠の下
面および通孔の上縁に係合することにより固定帯
本体に手提げ部材を連結した構成を特徴とするも
のである。

明する。
本考案に係る固定帯Aは、第5図に示すように
複数個の食品容器1,1と水筒2とをセツトにし
て携帯用容器B等において、これら容器1,1及
び水筒2を積み重ね状態で一体的に固定して携帯
できるようにするため使用するものである。上記
容器1,1は平面視楕円形に形成された蓋付き容
器で、蓋体3の頂面板周縁には隆起条が突設され
ており、また容体4の底部周縁には環状の下方突
縁が突設されている。そしてこれら容器1,1は
上位の容器1の環状突縁を下位の容器1の隆起条
に嵌合することにより安定よく積み重ね得るよう
になされている。
また下位の容器1の容体4の開口縁の短径方向
の対向位置には容体4の縁と平行な一対の係止用
突片5,5を突設してある。5a,5aはこれら
係止用突片5,5の先端部上下縁に連設された係
止凸条である。
水筒2は本体2aとキヤツプ2bとよりなり、
キヤツプ2bを被嵌した状態において平面視楕円
形を呈し、宜つ底面が前記容体1の隆起条に嵌合
するようにしてある。更に、水筒2の本体2aに
は短径方向に固定帯嵌合用の溝6を凹設してあ
る。
上記容器1及び水筒2はポリエチレン等の合成
樹脂よりなり、容器1,1はインジエクシヨン形
成によつて形成してあり水筒2はブロー形成によ
り形成してある。
固定帯Aは、ポリエチレン等の合成樹脂製固定
帯本体7と該固定帯本体7と同一材質よりなる帯
状の手提げ部材8とよりなり、手提げ部材8の両
端を固定帯本体7の長手方向に所定間隔をおいて
連結することにより固定帯本体7の外面側に弧状
に突出する手提げ部Cを形成したものである。
手提げ部材8と固定帯本体7との連結構造は次
の通りである。
即ち、固定帯本体7には外面に長手方向に所定
間隔をおいて一対の略コ字形の係止枠9,9を突
設することにより固定帯本体7に長手方向に開通
する手提げ部材挿通部9aを形成すると共に、同
固定帯本体7の係止枠9と対向する部位に係止枠
9の正面部と略同大の方形の通孔15,15を
夫々穿設してある。
また、固定帯本体7には前記係止枠9,9より
端部側の位置に、幅方向の直線状の上縁を有する
略半円状の通孔10,10が穿設されている。
更に、固定帯本体7の前記通孔10,10と対
向する位置にはストツパー13,13が外面側に
突出形成してある。
上記ストツパー13,13は通孔10,10と
同型同大で固定帯本体7と平行に配設された外面
部13aと同固定帯本体7と直角をなす側周壁1
3bとを有する縦断面略L形の枠状に形成したも
のであり、手提げ部材8の端部が嵌合するように
なつている。しかしながら、ストツパー13,1
3は突起状のものであつてもよく、要するに、手
提げ部材8を固定帯本体7の連結した後手提げ部
Cを常に固定帯本体7の外面に弧状に突出した状
態で保持できるように、手提げ部材8の端部が固
定帯本体7の端部側に摺動するのを制限してこれ
を略定位置に保持し得るものであればよい。
一方、手提げ部材8には両端部の内外両面に、
該内面または外面と直角をなす段部11a,12
aと該段部11a,12aの夫々先端から夫々手
提げ部材8の端部に向かつて漸次薄肉状となるテ
ーパー面11b,12bとを有する係合凸部1
1,12を手提げ部材8の長手方向に上下に位置
をずらして突設してある。
そして、この手提げ部材8の両端部が固定帯本
体7の前記手提げ部材挿通部9a,9aに素材の
弾性いを利用して強制的に嵌挿され前記係合凸部
11,12の段部11a,12aが夫々固定帯本
体7の係止枠9,9の下面及び通孔10,10の
上縁に係合するようになつている。
また、手提げ部材8の両端部には固定帯本体7
への取り付け用孔14,14が穿設してあり、そ
の上下縁には舌片14a,14aが連設されてい
る。
固定帯Aの携帯用容器Bへの取りつけは、その
中央部を前記容器1,1の上に積み重ねた水筒2
の溝6に嵌合して前記両端の孔14,14を最下
位の容器1の突片5,5に素材の弾性を利用して
長手方向に若干伸長させた状態で強制的に嵌合
し、舌片14a,14aを突片5,5の突条5
a,5aの両縁に係止することにより容器に固定
してあり、これによつて容器1,1及び水筒2を
一体的に固定してある。
〔作用・考案の効果〕
本考案は上記のような構成を有するものである
から、手提げ部材8の両端部を固定帯本体7の手
提げ部材挿通部9a,9aに素材の弾性を利用し
て強制的に嵌挿すれば、係合凸部11,12の段
部11a,12aが夫々係止枠9の下縁および通
孔10の上縁に係合して手提げ部材8が固定帯本
体7に連結される。
従つて、手提げ部Cに使用時容器等の荷重によ
つて抜脱方向への力が働いた際、抜脱方向への移
動が係合凸部11,12と係止枠9の下縁及び通
孔10の下縁による所謂地獄止めにより二重に阻
止されるようになつているから、連結が強固で一
旦取りつけた後は手提げ部材8が不用意に抜脱す
る虞れがない。
しかも、手提げ部材8の係合凸部11,12は
テーパー面11b,12bを有し、係合凸部11
は手提げ部材8の外面に突設されると共に係合凸
部12は内面に突設され且つ両者は相互に長手方
向に位置をずらして配置してあるから、手提げ部
材8を固定帯本体7へ取り付ける際、素材の弾性
を利用して手提げ部材8の該部分を波状に撓ませ
て夫々テーパー面11b,12bに沿つて容易に
手提げ部材挿通部9aに嵌挿することができ、取
りつけ作業を能率よく行うことができる。
また、手提げ部材8の係合凸部11,12、固
定帯本体7の係止枠9及び通孔10は合成樹脂の
インジエクシヨン成形により容易に形成できるか
ら量産に適し、安価に提供できる等種々の実用的
効果を有するものである。
