ドスクリユは一定量の原料供給であるため、成形
機内に供給された樹脂はバレル外部からの予熱が
不十分になつて樹脂の溶融が不十分になり、圧縮
部でのフリクシヨンヒートが大きくなつて、樹脂
の分解やヤケそしてヤケゴミ等の不良現象発生の
原因の一つになつていた。
