に、この動作信号に対応する送信コードを発生す
るシステム制御手段と、このシステム制御手段か
らの送信コードを前記リモートコントローラに送
信する機器側送信部とが設けられる一方、 前記リモートコントローラには、機器側送信部
からの送信コードを受信するリモコン側受信部と
、このリモコン側受信部で受信された送信コード
を音声信号に変換する音声信号変換手段と、この
音声信号変換手段からの音声信号を出力するスピ
ーカとが設けられていることを特徴とするリモー
