機の傾斜角度調節用油圧シリンダにそのピストン
棒の伸び量を電気量として検出するセンサを付設
し、このセンサが検出した電気量と前記傾斜角設
定手段により設定された電気量とを比較する比較
手段を設けて、この比較手段の出力を用い、前記
検出電気量が前記設定電気量に一致するよう前記
油圧シリンダの油圧回路を自動制御するようにし
たことを特徴としている。以下にこれをその実施
例をあらわす図面に基いて詳しく述べる。

ストン棒5の伸び量を電気量(この実施例では電
圧)として検出するストロークセンサ6が付設さ
れている。第2図は油圧シリンダ4のピストン棒
5とストロークセンサ6の動作棒7が連結棒8で
連結されている様子を示し、第3図はストローク
センサ6の構造を具体的に示している。第3図に
みるように、動作棒7の先端に設けられたブラシ
9は、多数の抵抗素子10…を直列に連結した抵
抗板に摺接している。

ブ14はソレノイド17,18によつて切り換え
られ、油圧シリンダ4のいずれかの室に油圧を供
給するようになつている。傾斜角設定手段19
は、作業機の傾斜角をストロークセンサと同種の
電気量(電圧)として設定することのできるもの
であり、この傾斜角設定手段19の出力と、スト
ロークセンサ6の出力が、これら二つの出力(電
圧)を比較する比較手段である比較回路20に供
給される。比較回路20はこれら二つの電気量を
比較して、その結果をソレノイド17,18に送
り、作業機の傾斜角が所望の角度になる方向にこ
れらを動作させる。これにより、作業機があらか
じめ設定されている傾斜角度に等しくなるまで油
圧シリンダ4が伸縮するのである。第5図は傾斜
角設定手段を複数組並設した例をあらわす回路で
あり、三つの可変抵抗器21,22,23とこれ
らを選択する切換スイツチ24が設けられてい
る。これら三つの可変抵抗器21,22,23を
それぞれ異なる値に設定しておき、作業条件の変
化に応じていずれかを選択することとすれば、作
業機の傾きを所望の傾斜角に直ちに調節すること
ができるのできわめて便利である。第6図は動力
農機1の運転席の計器盤に設けられたコントロー
ルパネルを示し、この図には、傾斜角設定手段1
9としての角度調整つまみ27,28,29と切
換スイツチ30,31,32があらわされてい
る。同図において、いずれかの切換スイツチを押
せば、それに対応する角度調整つまみによつて設
定されている傾斜角に作業機が傾けられる。

に振り分け、左右で傾き方向が逆になるように構
成することにより、角設定手段を、左右の傾きを
ともに設定しておくことができるように構成して
おけば実用上便利である。また、作業機の傾斜角
は作業条件によつて種々異なるので、実施例のご
とく傾斜角設定手段として複数の電気量設定器を
設け、これらを用いて複数の傾きを設定記憶させ
ておけば、作業者は必要な切換スイツチを操作す
るだけで所望の傾きに直ちに調節することができ
るようになり、一層便利なものとなる。

おり、これを切換スイツチで選択することができ
るようになつているので、作業条件の変化に直ち
に対応させることが可能となり、実用上便利なも
のとなつた。

ダの油圧回路を自動制御するようにしたことを特
