ビス２１等で連結するためバスユニツトの外から
の連結作業となり、バスユニツトの内部から作業

５をはめ込むと共にはめ込み脚部５に設けた割り
溝５ａを縦枠２の突き合わされた突当て片２ａに
被嵌して上連結部材４にて壁パネル１の上端部同
士を連結して成ることを特徴とするものであつ
て、このような構成を採用することで、上記した
本発明の目的を達成したものである。すなわち本
発明にあつては、隣り合う壁パネル１の縦枠２の
上端部に開口したはめ込み部３内にそれぞれはめ
込み脚部５をはめ込んで上連結部材４にて壁パネ
ル１の上端部同士を連結することで、壁パネル１
の上端部が開いたり、狂いが生じたりしないよう
に連結でき、またバスユニツト内から壁パネル１
同士が隣りあつている部分の上端部に上連結部材
４を持つていつてはめ込むことができてバスユニ
ツト内から連結作業ができるようになつたもので

圧入されるものである。また縦枠２は亜鉛アルミ
合金メツキ処理鋼板等の耐食性の金属板を筒状に
曲げ加工して形成してあり、両端が突当て片２ａ
となつていて筒状内において突当て片２ａ同士が
面状態で突き合わされている。このように筒状内
において突当て片２ａ同士を面状態で突き合わせ
て重ねることでリブ効果があつて強度が向上する
とともに金属板の端部が外部に露出せず水等に触
れにくくて錆が発生しにくいようになつている。

分の上端部に上連結部材を持つていつてはめ込む
ことができてバスユニツト内から連結作業できる
ものであり、しかも、壁パネルの縦枠を金属板を
筒状に曲げ加工するとともに両端の突当て片同士
を筒状内において面状態で突き合わせて構成し、
隣り合うパネルの縦枠の上端部に開口したはめ込
み部内にそれぞれはめ込み脚部をはめ込むと共に
はめ込み脚部に設けた割り溝を縦枠の突き合わさ
れた突当て片に被嵌するので、縦枠を金属板を筒
状に曲げ加工して形成して簡単且つ安価に得るこ
とができるようにしたにもかかわらず、筒状内に
おいて突当てられた突当て片によるリブ効果によ
り強度が向上するとともに、金属板の端部が外部
露出せずに水等に触れにくくて錆が発生しにくい
