フラツトケーブルの素線とを接続し、複数の上記
フラツトケーブル間を１mm〜３mm程度の空間を設
け、上記コイル部を第１の弾性体で形成し、上記
第１の弾性体の回りを上記第１の弾性体より硬度
の低い第２の弾性体で形成し、上記フラツトケー
ブル長の複数カ所上記第２の弾性体をはさんで接
