伸縮操作によつて行なわなければならないので、
適正に調整するまでには後部軸受の揺動・復位を
何回か繰り返す必要があり、コンベアフレ−ムに
張設したままでコンベアベルトの張り工合を調整
できない欠点があつた。一方、後者は、後輪の支
持軸をコンベアフレ−ムの両内側に沿つて摺動自
在に横架した2本の支持扞の先端に固定し、該支
持扞を常に後方に向けて付勢するようにしたコン
ベアベルトの張設用ばねを設ける一方、コンベア
フレ−ムに設けた長孔と、この長孔に嵌合して上
記2本の支持扞に取り付けた止めねじピンとを備
えることにより、コンベアフレ−ムに張設したま
までコンベアベルトの張り工合を調整できるよう
に構成したが、コンベアベルトの着脱は、上記張
設用ばねの不勢に抗して後輪の支持軸を内側へ押
し戻す操作を要するので前者に比べれば着脱性に
劣るという欠点があり、それぞれに一長一短があ
るので、コンベアベルトの着脱と張設調整を共に
容易にするよう改良することが望まれていた。

記ねじ止めピンを長孔との嵌合位置で外側から緊
締することによつて前記コンベアベルトを張設状
態に保持するようにした食肉スライサ−の下部コ
ンベアにおいて、前記ねじ止めピンに一端を掛止
して他端を前記コンベアフレ−ムに掛止した前記
コンベアベルトの張設用ばねを設けるとともに、
前記後部軸受の基部を上記ねじ止めピンに対して
遊嵌して該ねじ止めピンを支点とする揺動を可能
にして設けたことを特徴とする食肉スライサ−の
下部コンベアを提供するものである。
