[Detailed explanation of the invention] (a) Industrial application field This invention has a storage chamber in the lower part of the refrigerator defined by an insulating box with an open front, and a cooling unit is arranged in the upper part of the refrigerator. The present invention relates to a refrigerator which is provided with a heat insulating door in a lower front opening corresponding to a storage compartment and a service door in an upper front opening corresponding to a cooling unit which can be opened and closed. (b) Conventional technology For example, in the conventional refrigerator disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-44233, a control circuit board is housed in a recess formed inside an operation panel provided in front of the door of the freezer compartment. This recess is formed inside a bowl-shaped partition member with a concave central part, and its front end flange is brought into contact with the back surface of the front plate of the door via a sealing material, and a heat insulating material is placed inside the door. It is made by foam filling. (c) Problems to be solved by the invention In the conventional door, the thickness of the heat insulating material in the part where the recess is formed is reduced, so the inside of the recess is strongly affected by the cooling effect from the freezer compartment. The temperature tends to be low, and if moisture from the outside air enters this recess, it condenses there as dew, creating the problem of shoots occurring on internal electrical components. (d) Means for solving the problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, the present invention makes the lower part of the inside of the refrigerator, which is defined by a heat-insulating box with an opening on the front, as a storage room. In the refrigerator, a cooling unit is disposed in the upper part, a heat insulating door is provided in the lower front opening corresponding to the storage chamber, and a service door is provided in the upper front opening corresponding to the cooling unit so as to be openable and closable. , a removable heat insulating board that is provided with a flexible heat insulating seal member over almost the entire back surface and pivoted to the heat insulating box via a slide-out hinge on one side; a mounting plate to which a control circuit board with components attached is mounted; a support member fixed to the front surface of the heat insulating board and removably supporting the mounting plate with a space between the front face of the heat insulating board; and the control circuit board. This refrigerator is constructed with a panel cover that covers the mounting plate and the heat insulating plate, the upper side of which is pivoted to the upper side of the heat insulating plate via a hanging hinge, and is removable at a predetermined rotational position. (e) Effect According to the present invention, due to the action of the flexible heat insulating seal member 13 affixed to substantially the entire back surface of the heat insulating board 12 , the heat insulating board 12 becomes less susceptible to cooling action from inside the refrigerator, and the heat insulating board 12 Can prevent condensation,
Even if dew condensation occurs on the surface of the heat insulating board 12 , the mounting board 15, on which the control circuit board 17 with the electrical components 16 attached, is placed spaced apart in front of the heat insulating board 12. can be reliably protected. (f) Examples Examples of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a refrigerator whose main body is composed of an insulated box 2 with an open front.The lower part of the refrigerator defined by the insulated box 2 is a storage chamber 3, and the upper part of the refrigerator is equipped with a refrigerating system evaporator 4 and a refrigerator. A cooling unit 6 consisting of a cold air circulation blower 5 is provided. 7 is a partition member that partitions the front opening of the heat insulating box 2 into an upper opening 8 facing the cooling unit 6 and a lower opening 9 facing the storage chamber 3; 10 is a service door that opens and closes the upper opening 8; and 11 is a service door. This is a heat insulating door that opens and closes the lower opening 9. Next, the detailed structure of the service door 10 will be explained. 12 is a front plate 12A and a rear plate 12 made of steel plate.
This is a heat insulating board formed by filling the space between B with a foamed heat insulating material 12C, and a flexible heat insulating seal member 13 made of foamed rubber or the like is attached to substantially the entire back surface of the heat insulating board 12 . The peripheral end surface of the heat insulating seal member 13 is in close contact with the periphery of the opening to seal the opening. The heat insulating board 12 to which the sealing member 13 is attached in this manner is pivoted to the heat insulating box 2 via the slide hinge 14 on one side, and fixed to the heat insulating box 2 with bolts 23 on the other side. As shown in detail in FIG. 3, this hinge 14 includes a fixing member 14A fixed to the heat insulating box 2 side, a hinge shaft 14B projecting upward from the fixing member 14A, and a hinge fixed to one side of the heat insulating plate 12 . It consists of a movable member 14C that is inserted into the shaft 14B and is rotatable. Reference numeral 15 has a box shape with an open front, and includes a switch 16A and an internal temperature display section 16B, not shown.
This is a mounting plate on which various control circuit boards 17 are mounted, on which electrical parts 16 such as a CPU are mounted, and a partition plate 18 is disposed within the mounting plate 15 to prevent malfunctions due to mutual influence between high- and low-electrical parts. ing. 19 is a lead wire extending from various control circuit boards 17, and 20 is a lead wire extending from equipment such as the blower 5, both of which are connected by a coupler 21. The mounting plate 15 has locking holes 22 formed at each corner of the mounting surface 15A facing the heat insulating plate 12 . The mounting plate 15 is detachably supported by a support member 24 fixed to the front plate 12A of the heat insulating plate 12 .
That is, the support member 24 includes three cross-shaped support plates 24A fixed vertically to both sides and the center of the front plate 12A.
24B, 24C, and the support plates 24 on both sides
It consists of support screws 24D protruding forward from the top and bottom of A and 24C, respectively, and the mounting plate 1 is attached to the screws 24D.
By hooking the locking hole 22 formed in 5,
The mounting plate 15 is supported at a distance in front of the heat insulating plate 12 . 25 is a front plate 2 corresponding to the display section 16B;
This is a panel cover that covers the control circuit board 17 with a portion 5A open, and its peripheral wall extends rearward to a position that covers the peripheral wall of the heat insulating board 12 . Furthermore, the front plate 25A of the panel cover 25 is provided with a small door 25B that can be opened and closed at a portion corresponding to the switch 16A.
Such a panel cover 25 is hooked on the upper side and attached to the hinge 2.
The hinge 26 is pivotally supported on the upper side of the heat insulating plate 12 via the hinge 26, and as shown in detail in FIG.
It has a fixed member (26B) fixed to the upper side of the heat insulating plate 12 , a hinge shaft 26C hooked on the hook part (26A), and a movable member 26D fixed to the upper side of the cover 25. By hooking the shaft 26C onto the hook portion 26A, the panel cover 25 becomes rotatable, and by rotating upward by a predetermined angle, the hinge shaft 26
C is structured so that it can be removed from the hook portion 26A. In the above configuration, the flexible heat insulating seal member 13 attached to the back surface of the heat insulating plate 12 seals the opening, and when the inside of the refrigerator is being cooled by the operation of the cooling unit 6, the flexible heat insulating seal member 13 attached to the back surface of the heat insulating plate 12 serves to prevent air leakage from inside the refrigerator when the inside of the refrigerator is being cooled by the operation of the cooling unit 6. Since the heat insulating plate 12 acts so as not to receive the cooling effect, dew condensation on the heat insulating plate 12 can be prevented.
Furthermore, even if some condensation occurs on the heat insulating board 12 , the mounting plate 15 that houses the electrical components 16 is supported at a distance in front of the heat insulating board 12 by the support member 24, so that the influence of the condensation on the heat insulating board 12 is avoided. Since the mounting plate 15 does not receive the damage, failures due to condensation on the electrical components 16 can be more reliably prevented. Further, as described above, the present invention ensures that the electrical components 16 are protected from dew, and that when the panel cover 25 is rotated upward as shown by the arrow in FIG. Since the hinge shaft 26C can be detached from the hook part 26A and the panel cover 25 can be removed, the electrical components 16 can be easily repaired. Accordingly, the mounting plate 15 can also be removed from the support member 24. Further, with the panel cover 25 removed, by removing the bolts 23, the heat insulating plate 12 can be rotated about the sliding hinge 14 as a fulcrum, and the cooling unit 6 can be easily inspected and repaired. (g) Effects of the invention As described above, the invention supports the mounting plate to which the control circuit board with electrical components is mounted at a distance in front of the heat insulating board by means of a support member, and also seals the opening. Since this is a service door with a flexible heat-insulating seal member attached to almost the entire back surface of the heat-insulating board, the heat-insulating board is less susceptible to the cooling effect inside the refrigerator, minimizing condensation on the heat-insulating board. Even if there is some condensation on the mounting plate, condensation on the mounting plate can be reliably prevented, and failures due to dew condensation on electrical components can be reliably prevented. In addition, with this invention, the panel cover that covers the electrical components can be easily removed by rotating it upward to a predetermined position, making it easy to repair electrical components from the front of the main unit. By rotating the heat insulating plate in the removed state, there are also practical advantages such as the ability to easily inspect and repair the cooling unit disposed inside the refrigerator.
