13に摺動自在に取り付けた操作ハンドル10の
上部係止片11を係止鍔8に係止すると共に上部
係止片11よりやゝ下方に位置してストツパー片
14の挿通孔15を設け、又更にストツパー片4
の基部16を軸着部13と握部筒2との間に設け

とせずに操作ハンドル10の成型時に簡単に成型
できるものであつて製作上の部品点数を少なく、
更に人件費も少なくすることができて安価に提供
できるものである。又構造が簡単で故障のおそれ
が少なく容易に製作できるものである等幾多の実
