- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 カツプリングをパイプに手締めするカツプリン
グ取付機、パイプの管端位置を検出する管端検出
機、カツプリングをパイプに機械締めするカツプ
リング機械締付機とを備えたカツプリングの締付
装置において、 前記管端検出機を前記カツプリング機械締付機
と一体化し、 機械締付に従つて進行してくる管端が、カツプ
リング内の予め定められた所定位置に到達したこ
とを前記管端検出機によつて検出すると共に、 該管端位置を検出した後のカツプリング又はパ
イプの締付回転数をモニタし、 この締付回転数が予め定められた回転数になつ
たか否かを制御・管理することにより、最終締付
位置を確定することを特徴とするカツプリングの
締付装置。
