In recent years, especially when constructing stairs, the treads have been made to protrude to an extreme extent, so-called step nosings, to increase the surface area of the treads and to ensure safety when walking. By the way, in conventional mortar stairs that constitute the nosing of the stairs, it is troublesome to apply mortar in a protruding shape to form the nosing. Furthermore, it is troublesome to lay bedding material on the step nosing, and the step nosing is easily damaged due to breakage. Therefore, the development of a strong stair nosing that can be easily finished has been awaited.

Therefore, this idea was devised in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and is located at the front end of the tread of the stairs.
A flat part with a non-slip part formed on the upper surface; a front edge part that hangs vertically downward from the tip of the flat part and has an engagement groove formed inside and covers the riser part of the stairs; a non-slip frame member having a flat bottom wall extending from a lower end of the part in parallel with the plane part and covering the lower surface of the riser part; and the engaging member formed on the non-slip frame member. The anchor member has a substantially U-shaped cross section and includes a locking piece that is slidably locked in a matching groove and a fixing protrusion that projects rearward from the locking piece. A non-slip for building, characterized in that a stopper is fixed in an arbitrary position of the engagement groove of the above-mentioned anti-slip frame material, and a fixing protrusion of an anchor member is attached at an arbitrary position of the mounting base of the staircase. The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a non-slip material that allows the nosing of a stairway to be easily formed, covers and protects the entire surface of the nosing, and improves its appearance. It is.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 is a perspective view of the anti-slip frame material, Figure 2
The figure is a perspective view of the anchor member, and Figure 3 is a diagram showing the construction state of the anti-slip mechanism.
1 is a non-slip frame member having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a flat portion 3 located on the front end side of the tread portion of the stairs 2 (FIG. 3) is formed on its upper surface. A recess 3a is formed in almost the entire surface of the flat part 3, and an uneven anti-slip 3b made of synthetic resin, hard rubber, etc. is fitted into the recess 3a. Projections 4 and 5 are provided to protrude downward.

Stairs 2 are vertically downward from the tip of this flat part 3.
A front edge portion 6 that covers the riser portion is vertically provided, and a bottom wall portion 7 that covers the lower surface of the riser portion extends from the lower end of the front edge portion 6 in parallel with the plane portion 3. The anti-slip frame member 1 is formed into a substantially U-shape with the flat part 3, the front edge part 6, and the bottom wall part 7, and covers the entire nosing part 8 of the staircase 2 as shown in FIG. ing.

Further, protrusions 9 and 10 are provided on the inner surface of the bottom wall portion 7 to project upward in the longitudinal direction, and are opposed to the protrusions 4 and 5 provided on the plane portion 3, respectively. By providing this protrusion 9 and the protrusion 4, a locking groove 11 is formed between the protrusion 9 and the front edge 6, that is, in the front edge 6. Moreover, these protrusions 4, 5, 9, and 10 can also reinforce the anti-slip frame material 1 itself.

The anchor member 1 is inserted into the anti-slip frame material 1 having such a structure and is locked and fixed at an arbitrary position.
It is 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the anchor member 12 is composed of a flat plate-shaped locking piece 13 and a fixing protrusion 14 that projects rearward from the locking piece 13. This locking piece 13 is provided with screw holes 16 into which mounting screws 15 are screwed at required locations, and locking grooves 11 formed in the anti-slip frame material 1 as shown in FIG. It is slidably inserted into the holder, and is locked and fixed at any location by tightening the mounting screw. Further, the height h of the locking protrusion 14 is formed approximately equal to the distance l between the protrusions 4 and 9 and between the protrusions 5 and 10 of the anti-slip frame material 1, and the locking piece 13 is When inserted into the locking groove 11, the locking piece 13 can be guided by sliding through the distance l. Even if the locking groove 11 is formed to be somewhat larger than the locking piece 13, the fixing protrusion 14 is in contact with the protrusions 4, 9, 5, and 10, so that the anchor member 12 is in contact with the non-slip part 1. There is no risk of rattling or the fixing protrusion 14 going out of position, and as a result, it is convenient for fixing the fixing protrusion 14 to the base of the stairs.

Next, a method for constructing a non-slip structure comprising the anti-slip frame member 1 and the anchor member 12 having the above structure on a staircase will be explained with reference to FIG. 1 in the diagram
7 is a concrete base of the staircase 2, and a plurality of reinforcing reinforcing bars 18 are arranged on this concrete base 17 at appropriate intervals. Then, as shown in FIG.
After aligning the fixing protrusions 14 of the anchor member 12 inserted into the anti-slip frame material 1 with the spacing between the reinforcing bars 18, the locking pieces 13 are engaged with the locking grooves 11 using the mounting screws 15. At the same time, the fixing protrusion 14 of the anchor member 12 is welded and fixed to the reinforcing reinforcing bar 18. Next, after fixing the anchor member 12 to the concrete base 17 in this way, the concrete base 17 and the anti-slip frame material 1 are attached.
Pour mortar 19 between. Of course, at this time, the mortar 19 will also fill the locking grooves 11 of the anti-slip frame material. When a flooring material 20 such as carpet or P tile is laid on the surface other than the rear nosing 9 where the poured mortar 19 has solidified, it is possible to easily construct a non-slip covering both the stair nosing and the entire stair nosing.
