問題点を解決するための手段
この問題点を解決するために本発明は、手袋型

熱して半ゲル化させ、次にこれを接着剤中に浸漬
した後引上げてこの表面に抗菌加工を施したパイ
ルを植毛し、その後で再び加熱して塩化ビニルを
完全にゲル化し、この表面に抗菌剤溶液を散布し

れて細菌の繁殖が抑えられるので汗や垢の動物性
蛋白質の腐敗が防止され、悪臭の発生を防止する
ことができる。しかも手袋の材料である塩化ビニ
ルを完全にゲル化するための加熱温度によつてパ
イルの抗菌効果が低下しても、塩化ビニルを完全
ゲル化した後で散布される抗菌剤溶液により抗菌
効果が補充され、所期の目的の抗菌効果を得るこ

まず、手袋型を塩化ビニルゾル中に浸漬して引
き上げ、次に前記手袋型の表面に付着している塩
化ビニルを加熱して半ゲル化する。次いで表面の
塩化ビニルゾルが半ゲル化した手袋型を接着剤と
なるアクリルエマルジヨン中に浸漬した後引き上
げて、表面にパイルを電気植毛する。このパイル
は抗菌剤としてNIKKANON AB〔日華化学工業
(株)製〕が2%owfとなるように添加された電
着処理剤を用いて処理されたものが用いられる。
すなわち電着処理剤に含まれる抗菌剤により抗菌
加工されたパイルが用いられる。次に前記パイル
が植毛された塩化ビニルを約200℃で10分間加熱
して塩化ビニルを完全にゲル化させるとともに塩
化ビニルの層と前記接着剤の層とを完全に結合さ
せ、塩化ビニルに対する前記パイルの付着強度を
向上させる。ところで、前記パイルの植毛後にお
いて、このように高い温度で加熱すると、パイル
に施した抗菌加工の効果が低下する。そこで本発
明実施例では前記約200℃で加熱後、冷却して手
袋型が120〜130℃になつた時点で抗菌剤
〔NIKKANON AB〕の2%溶液をスプレーなど
によつて全体に均一に散布し、手袋型の熱によつ
て水分を乾燥後、反転離型して作業用手袋を完成
した。このように抗菌剤の溶液を散布することに
より抗菌効果が補充され、悪臭の発生を抑えて快

発明の効果
以上のように本発明によれば、手袋を使用して
内面のパイルに手の汗や垢が付着しても、パイル
が抗菌処理されて細菌の繁殖が抑えられているの
で汗や垢の動物製蛋白質の腐敗が防止され、悪臭
の発生を防止することができる。しかも手袋の材
料である塩化ビニルを完全にゲル化するための高
温加熱によつてパイルの抗菌効果が低下しても、
塩化ビニルを完全ゲル化した後で散布される抗菌
剤溶液により抗菌効果が補充され、所期の目的の
