【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は静電防止用合成樹脂製ロールに関し、
主として一般産業用機器、OA機器などの機器構
成部のうち摺動部材の摺動部分に配設使用される
ことにより、機器類の騒音、振動、摩耗、静電気
等の発生を大幅に抑制しうる静電防止用合成樹脂

面にポリアセタール、ポリカーボネイト、ナイロ
ン等の非弾性体を被覆固着せしめたものが使用さ

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
ところで、上述した従来の各種ロールを、例え
ばOA機器の一部材として、該機器に組み込んで
使用した場合、ゴム製ロールにあつては、ロール
表面がゴム弾性体層にて構成されているため騒音
および振動の抑制の面では確かに良好な結果を奏
し得るも、金属製コアとゴム弾性体とではその接
着性の面で問題があり、接着不良による剥がれ分
離、又はゴム弾性体層の早期摩耗、摩擦係数の高
低のアンバランスなどの欠点があつた。一方樹脂
製ロールにあつては、ロールの表面が硬く、かつ
非弾性体であるため転動騒音が高く、また振動吸

本考案は従来のロールに内在する上述のような
問題点を改善除去することを課題とし、ロールの
材質として耐摩耗性に優れたポリウレタン樹脂を
使用し、しかもロール本体を硬質弾性体層と軟質
弾性体層を交互に積層した多層構造とすると共に
該多層構造の外周表面層に導電性を付与せしめた
構造とすることによりロール使用時の騒音、振動
および静電気の発生を抑制すると共に耐摩耗性を
向上させ、耐久性に優れたロールを提供すること

成を特徴とする。即ち、金属製コアの外周面にポ
リウレタン樹脂製硬質弾性体層と同軟質弾性体層
とを少なくとも2層交互に積層被覆した多層構造
の合成樹脂製ロールにおいて、該多層構造の外周
表面層を導電性カーボンブラツク又は導電性可塑
剤からなる導電材を混入した導電性ポリウレタン

れることによりロール上にそれぞれ性能特性の変
化をもたしめることができ、その使用個所に応じ
