て復調部２２により再生し、かつ、該再生された
オーデイオ信号Ｓａのアンプ８への送出／非送出
を選択するスイツチ部３を含む受信装置２とを有
し、前記送信装置１からの制御信号Ｓｃにより前
記スイツチ部３のオン／オフを制御するオーデイ
オ装置において、 前記送信装置１では、前記制御信号Ｓｃに応じ
て前記変調部１１の駆動／非駆動を指定し、 前記受信装置２では、前記受信したオーデイオ
信号Ｓａのエンベロープを抽出したときに前記制
御信号Ｓｃを生成するエンベロープ抽出部４を備
