設すると共に、該ガイドプレート終端から前記板
体の他方側端にかけての前記円弧周面に、周方向
に斜めに横断してカムプレートを連続立設し、更
に前記ガイドプレート始端から終端にかけての前
記円弧周面に、等間隔に複数のラチエツト歯を突
設して歯群を形成した歯体と、前記歯群のラチエ
ツト歯を乗り越えて係止する係止片を先端に突設
した爪体とを有し、該爪体の係止片側面を、前記
カムプレート或いは前記歯体の他方端面に弾接さ
せる弾材を、前記歯体と爪体との何れか一方に配
