As an injection tool for repairing materials used for repairing cracks in concrete structures, a pressure-buffering rubber pipe is connected to the proximal side of the injection pipe, and the rubber pipe is inflated when injecting the repairing material. A structure that buffers the pressure and allows the repair material accumulated in the rubber pipe to be injected by the contraction force when the pipe restores itself (for an example, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-2367) )It has been known.

If the pressure buffer member connected to the injection pipe is composed of a pipe, repair material may remain inside the pipe, or the pipe must be closed with a stopper each time the repair material is injected. The above was bothersome and a solution was desired.

This invention solves the above problems, and
Its purpose is to provide a pressure buffer member connected to the injection pipe.
It is formed by a rubber bag that is always kept flat due to its own elasticity, and eliminates the problem of repair material remaining inside the pressure buffer member after injection of the repair material. An injection plug with a check valve function is installed on the side of the crack repair material, which is effective in streamlining the injection work of the repair material by eliminating the trouble of blocking the injection port side with the stopper after injection is completed. Our goal is to provide injection tools. The above-mentioned object of the present invention is to form a rubber bag that is expandable and contractible and always maintains a flat state due to its own elasticity, and to provide a connecting port at one end of the bag and a connecting port at the other end. An injection stopper is integrally provided with the bag body, and the injection stopper has a slit extending from the top of the injection stopper to the bottom facing into the bag.
This can also be achieved by using a crack repair material injection tool which is constructed by providing incisions made from the bottom surface and surrounding the lower half of the slit.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The bag body 1 has both ends 1a and 1b formed in a mountain shape, and is made of rubber that can expand and contract at any time to maintain a flat state due to its own elasticity. One end part 1a has a connection port 2, and the other end A short column-shaped injection plug 3 is provided in the portion 1b.
is provided integrally with the bag body 1 in a protruding manner. The injection plug 3 has a top surface 3 located on the central axis of the injection plug 3.
A slit 4 passing through the bottom part 3b facing into the bag body 1 from a is provided, and the bottom part 3b
A circular (or square) notch 5 is provided so as to surround the lower half of the slit 4. In this case, the slit 4 has a width of 1 to 3
mm, and the notch 5 has a gap of 0~
It is preferable that the slits 4 are provided so that the diameter thereof is about 2 mm, and in particular, the upper half of the slit 4 may be formed into a circular hole with a small diameter. Note that the connection port 2 and the injection plug 3 are provided with flanges 6 and 7. According to the above configuration, when performing crack repair work, while connecting the injection pipe to the connection port 2,
Insert the nozzle of the repair material injection gun into the slit 4 of the injection plug 3.
This means that the repair material can be injected by inserting the injection tube into the crack. When the injection work of the repair material starts, the bag body 1 expands and buffers the injection pressure from the nozzle, while the bag body 1
is placed under a state of contraction due to the restoring force. When the injection from the nozzle stops, the bag body 1
The lower half of the slit 4 surrounded by the notch 5 is subjected to a strong pressing force due to the internal pressure, and this pressing force brings the lower half of the slit 4 into close contact. Therefore, the inflated bag 1 pushes out the repair material inside the bag 1 toward the crack by its contractile force, and the pushing action continues until the bag 1 becomes flat. In this case, in order to completely extrude the repair material from inside the flattened bag 1, it is sufficient to use a crimping tool 11 that can press the bag 1 from both sides as shown in FIG.
This crimping tool 11 includes a spring (coil spring) 1
A pair of pressure-bonding plates 13 and 14 placed under the action of 2 are engaged to open and close, for example, it is constructed similarly to a clothespin, 15 and 16 are knob pieces, and 17 is a pivot. .

The present invention is as described above, and since the member that buffers the injection pressure of the repair material is composed of a rubber bag that maintains a flat state at all times, the repair material tends to form inside the injection tool. The remaining defects can be resolved. In addition, the injection plug functions like a check valve, completely preventing leakage of the repair material, and maintaining the internal pressure necessary for natural injection of the repair material due to contraction of the bag. This eliminates the hassle of plugging, and is extremely effective in streamlining the injection work.
