[Problem that the invention aims to solve] In the hot water faucet configured as described above, the hot water faucet is quite hot when hot water is flowing inside or immediately after use, so it is difficult to handle it with bare hands. It is difficult to rotate it. Also, if you accidentally touch a hot water faucet, you may get burned. Therefore, conventionally, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-3165, the cap body that covers the faucet is vertically divided into two parts, and a large number of protrusions are provided on one side of the opposing surfaces of the divided cap body, and each protrusion is provided on the other side. A cap has been proposed in which a plurality of holes are provided with which projections are engaged, and each of the divided cap bodies is fixed to a faucet by engaging each of these projections with each hole.

However, with the above configuration, when fixing the cap to the faucet, it is necessary to align and engage each protrusion provided on each split cap body with each hole, which makes the fixing work difficult. Furthermore, once each of the divided cap bodies is fixed, the outer surface becomes flat and there is no clue, so there is a problem that it is very difficult to remove the cap body.

Furthermore, by sliding the ring body 50 in the direction of the hanging discharge part 12, the ring body attachment parts 3 formed on the rear sides of both the cap bodies 30 and 40 are installed.
4, 44, and when the ring body 50 is slightly rotated in the tightening direction, the convex bodies 51, 51 formed inside the ring body 50 are inserted into the concave grooves 35 formed in the ring body mounting parts 34, 44, respectively. , 45, and thereby the gap G between the ring body mounting portions 34 and 44,
Both the ring body attachment parts 34, 44 are reduced in diameter in the direction in which G narrows, and the horizontal tube part 11 has both ring body attachment parts 34, 44.
44 (see Fig. 6), and
Both cap bodies 30, 40 are prevented from being separated from each other in the sliding direction, and are fixedly attached to the hot water faucet 10 while covering at least the hanging discharge part 12 (see FIG. 2). As described above, the insulation cap can be easily attached to the hot water faucet 10 by sliding the upper cap body 30 relative to the lower cap body 40 and rotating the ring body 50 relative to the ring body attachment parts 34, 44. It will be done.

Next, when removing, slightly rotate the ring body 50 in the direction of loosening the convex bodies 51, 51 and the concave groove 35,
45, and the ring body mounting portions 34, 4 are disengaged from each other.
Remove from 4. Then, when the upper cap body 30 is slightly slid, the fitting connection between the upper cap body 30 and the lower cap body 40 is released.
Both cap bodies 30 and 40 are removed from the hot water faucet 10 by shifting them in the vertical direction. As described above, the rotation operation of the ring body 50 with respect to the ring body mounting portions 34 and 44 and the rotation operation of the upper cap body 3
The heat insulating cap can be easily removed from the hot water faucet 10 by sliding the lower cap body 40 at this time.
The insulation cap can be easily removed by placing your hand on it and sliding it.

In the embodiment described above, the upper cap body 30,
At each joint portion of the lower cap body 40, a concave joint portion 33 and a convex joint portion 43 each constituted of a plurality of recesses 33a and a plurality of protrusions 43a.

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing another embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the above-described embodiment in that the upper cap body 30 and the lower cap body 40 have continuous concave portions with no discontinuing points at their joint portions. This is because a side joint portion 33' and a corresponding convex side joint portion 43' are provided. The operation of this embodiment is the same as that of the above embodiment, so the explanation thereof will be omitted.

FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing still another embodiment of the present invention, in which the depth of the grooves 35, 45 formed on the outer periphery of the ring body mounting portions 34, 44 is increased as the depth increases in the tightening direction (direction of arrow F). It is designed to be shallow. In this case, when the ring body 50 is fitted onto the ring body mounting parts 34 and 44 and the convex bodies 51 and 51 are engaged with the grooves 35 and 45, the ring body mounting part 3
4 and 44 are compressed in the diametrical direction, and as a result, the horizontal pipe portion 1 is compressed by these ring body mounting portions 34 and 44.
1 becomes larger, and the effect of preventing the horizontal tube portion 11 of the cap body 20 from shifting in the horizontal axis direction becomes greater.

As explained above, the heat insulating cap for the hot water faucet according to the present invention is a heat insulating cap that covers at least the drooping discharge part of the hot water faucet equipped with a horizontal pipe part and a drooping discharge part, and the cap body is connected to the upper cap body. and a lower cap body that passes through and covers the hanging discharge part, and is divided into two in the vertical direction, and a convex side joint part and a concave side are fitted into each other by sliding operation in a direction parallel to the horizontal pipe part. One of the joining parts is formed in the upper cap body and the other part is formed in the lower cap body, and a mounting part for a ring body having a groove is formed in each of the cap bodies, and each of the grooves is formed in the ring body. Since a convex body is provided that engages with the groove and presses each ring body attachment part in the diametrical direction, it is possible to touch the hot water faucet with bare hands when it is hot, which increases safety and prevents hot water from coming out. The faucet can be rotated as desired, and the heat insulating cap can be easily attached and detached from the hot water faucet. Moreover, the appearance of the hot water faucet becomes more beautiful.
