の直接接続によつて、消火作業等を迅速に行うこ
とが出来、しかも、かかる消火作業時等に消火水
槽のマンホール開き作業の煩わしさを省略出来る
ので、緊急時への対応性に優れ、且つ、冬期間に
おける前記マンホールの点検整備等も必要としな
いので保守作業の手間を省き得ると共に、積雪時
並びに夜間等における前記マンホール位置探し等
余分な手間を必要とせず、先の緊急対応性をより
有効に発揮させることが出来、更に、水位面が地
中に在るように前記吐出管の一部を地中に埋設し
たので、該吐出管内での凍結を防いで常に緊急時
に備えることが出来る等、本考案装置は実用上極
