去バケツトに関する。

ので、土を十分に分離するためには十数回から数
十回の振動を与えなければならない為、極めて非
能率であり石礫に付着した土は上下振動のみでは
分離出来ない。
又、過度の振動を与えるためバケツト20が短
期間に破損したり、バツクホウ1の油圧系統に過
負荷が掛かり故障が多発する欠点がある。

横長の直方体上面の一つの角を鋭角にして掘削
用の刃11を取り付け、全外面を網状にした箱形
のバケツト10を形成する。
バケツト10上面中央部にバツクホウ1のアー
ムに嵌合する取付金具12を設ける。
バケツト10上面の刃11取付側の一部分に蓋
13を形成し、その基部を軸着する。
任意数の油圧シリンダー14のチユーブをバケ
ツト10に、ロツド先端を蓋13にそれぞれ軸着
して蓋13を開閉自在[油圧はバツクホウ1から
供給される]にする。
上記の構成のバケツト10を取付金具12を介
してバツクホウ1のアームに取り付け、バツクホ
ウ1に装着する。
第6図に於いて、実線で示すようにバツクホウ
1に装着したバケツト10の蓋13を開いて混合
土を掘削する。
次に蓋13を閉めてバケツト10を鎖線で示す
位置に回動すると、混合土は下方に落下して網目
から土が分離落下する。
その次に蓋13を閉めたままバケツト10を逆
に回動して実線の位置にすると、混合土は逆方向
に落下して網目から土が分離落下する。
この回動操作を数回繰り返すことでバケツト1
0内を混合土が往復して網目から土が効率良く分
離落下する。
又、石礫はバケツト10内を転がつて往復する
ので石礫に付着した土も分離出来る。
バケツト10内に残つた石礫は第6図の実線の
位置にして蓋13を開くと排出するので、堆積場
所もしくはトラツク等の荷台に排出する。
バケツト10は数回に回動動作をするだけなの
で過度の負荷が掛からず耐久性があり、バツクホ
ウ1の油圧系統の故障も無い。
