成し、センサケース５の内部には両端を同センサ
ケース５外に突出させた金属製の固定板８を設け
、その固定板８には雌ねじ９を透設するとともに
、雌ねじ９と対向するようにセンサケース５には
挿通孔１０を貫設し、前記雌ねじ９には挿通孔１
０を通る雄ねじ１１を螺着し、その雄ねじ１１の

８の突出部８ａが前記抜止め部４に圧接されるよ
