Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. Container caps and closures adapted to be connected to a container having an ejection opening and a neck end for the purpose of closing the container and sealing the contents within the container. The closure includes at least a stopper having a disc-shaped head seatable on the upper surface of the container end, the cap having an elongated top, an open end bottom integral with the part and surrounding the neck end. a skirt portion, the skirt portion being arranged around the dispensing opening by contracting the free lower end of the skirt portion at the bottom of the open end around the stopper head and around the neck terminal end. The cap and closure stop are removably attachable to the container, and the cap and closure stop remove liquid within the container by applying a lateral tilting force against the elongated top at a location of the cap remote from the connection of the cap to the container. A container cap and closure according to claim 4, which are provided in a skirt portion. 6. The notch is composed of a plurality of notches spaced apart in the circumferential direction, and the number and position of the plurality of notches allows for extension of the skirt portion while remaining in an engaged state on the underside of the surface end portion. A container cap and closure according to claim 5, which is capable of holding oppositely disposed skirt portions substantially unaffected by the container. 7.
