Description
第1図は、使用者の手を模式的に示し且つ容器
用の複合キヤツプと密封手段を部分的に取りはず
した位置を破線にて開示し、閉鎖密封状態を実線
で示し、詳細部分の開示のため一部分を破断図と
断面図で示す、本考案の実施態様の立面、部分説
明図。第2図は、キヤツプ除去過程におけるキヤ
ツプと容器閉鎖ストツパーの部分図で当該両部材
の部分の相互作用を示す。第3図は、第2図の段
階に引続く段階にある除去状態を示す図。第4図
は、除去中における材料の変形を開示しているキ
ヤツプの図。第5図は、他の形態で示されたスト
ツパーの代用体をデイスクが構成しているキヤツ
プの改変形態を示す略側面図。第6図は、本考案
の持つ除去機能の中で重要な役割を果たす複数本
の切込み線が開示してある、キヤツプのスカート
部分の部分立面図。第7図は本考案のさらに別の
実施態様の一部が示されている立面図であり密封
状態が実線で示されている。一方、キヤツプを一
部外した状態は破線で示されている。図面の一部
は詳細を明らかにするために切り欠き図及び断面
図で示されている。第8図はキヤツプの立面図で
あり、その一部分、縦すじの入つたスカートを示
しており上部の一部は切り欠かれている。又その
最上部にある強化を目的とし、且つ除去を容易に
するためのくぼみを示している。第9図は本考案
のキヤツプの平面図でありキヤツプを容器から取
り外す際の状態を破線で示している。第10図は
キヤツプと閉鎖シールの組合せの部分立面図であ
る。このキヤツプと閉鎖シールの組合せはその内
部に組み込まれシールと共働し、この組合せの形
成に重要な役割を果たす内部デイスク手段を備え
ている。第11図は第10図に示されている実施
態様の断面図である。しかし、この図面はキヤツ
プの組合せが形成される際に使用される転倒した
状態で示されている。

Claims (1)
的として取り出し開口部とネツク終端部を備えた
容器に接続するように適合する容器用キヤツプと
閉鎖体であつて、前記閉鎖体は少なくとも前記容
器終端部上面に着座可能な円板状頭部を有するス
トツパーを含み、前記キヤツプは細長い頂部、当
該部分と一体化され前記ネツク終端部を包囲する
開口端底のスカート部を含み、前記スカート部は
前記開口端底のスカート部の前記自由下端部を前
記ストツパー頭部の周り及び前記ネツク終端部の
周りと下側に収縮させることにより前記取り出し
開口部の周りで前記容器に除去自在に取付け可能
であり、前記キヤツプと閉鎖ストツパーは容器に
対するキヤツプの接続部から離れた当該キヤツプ
の位置で細長い頂部に対し横方向の傾斜力を与え
ることにより容器内の液体を取り出すための容器
開栓を目的として容器から一体構造ユニツトとし
て共に除去自在となつており、前記スカート部の
前記収縮した自由下端部は前記キヤツプの傾斜運
動時に前記頭部の下面の下側で弾力的に係合し、
かくして前記ストツパーを傾斜させて前記取り出
し開口部から除去し、前記ストツパー頭部との作
動係合により前記キヤツプと共にユニツトとして
前記ストツパーを除去するようにして成る容器用
キヤツプと閉鎖体。 2 前記ストツパーが弾性材料から成る実用新案
登録請求の範囲第1項記載の容器用キヤツプと閉
鎖体。 3 前記キヤツプが絞り加工アルミニウム金属で
構成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記
載の容器用キヤツプと閉鎖体。 4 前記スカート部が除去目的のため前記キヤツ
プを傾斜させた際前記収縮部を自由下端部にし前
記ネツク終端部の側部の周りを上方へ摺動させ然
る後前記ストツパー頭部の下面の下側部分と弾力
的に係合させるのに充分な弾性体厚みを有し、ス
トツパー頭部を把持する部分と反対側のスカート
部が前記表面終端部の下側に残り且つ前記キヤツ
プの傾斜運動と前記一体化ストツパーとキヤツプ
の除去のため支点を構成するようにした実用新案
登録請求の範囲第3項記載の容器用キヤツプと閉
鎖体。 5 前記キヤツプの傾斜時及び前記終端部上方の
通過に引続き弾力的に前記ストツパー頭部の下側
と係合する際にスカート部の各可撓的な曲げを容
易にする複数個の切り込みが前記スカート部に備
えてある実用新案登録請求の範囲第4項記載の容
器用キヤツプと閉鎖体。 6 前記切り込みが周方向に隔置せる複数個の切
り込みで構成され、複数個の切り込みの個数と位
置づけでスカート部の伸長を可能にする一方、表
面終端部の下側にて係合状態に残置している実質
的に影響を受けない反対方向に配設せるスカート
部を保持出来るようにする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第5項記載の容器用キヤツプと閉鎖体。 7 前記ストツパーが取り外しと前記取出し開口
部からの除去を可能にするのに十分な弾性を有す
る一方、前記キヤツプの傾斜運動中に当該キヤツ
プの前記スカート部内に閉じ込められている実用
新案登録請求の範囲第6項記載の容器用キヤツプ
と閉鎖体。 8 キヤツプとストツパーの除去及び前記終端部
の周りでの前記縁部の通過に引続く前記ストツパ
ー頭部との再係合を目的とした傾斜運動中に前記
キヤツプの変形を可能にするよう前記キヤツプの
材料が充分に弾性を有している実用新案登録請求
の範囲第7項記載の容器用キヤツプと閉鎖体。 9 前記キヤツプと前記ストツパーが、容器上へ
の位置づけ時に分離体を成すも、除去中は一体化
体を成すようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項記載の容器用キヤツプと閉鎖体。 10 前記ストツパーが成形され、前記キヤツプ
の前記スカート部内に嵌め合わされるようにした
実用新案登録請求の範囲第9項記載の容器用キヤ
ツプと閉鎖体。 11 前記成形ストツパーが弾性材料で構成され
ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第10項記載の容

A container cap and closure according to claim 4, which are provided in a skirt portion. 6. The notch is composed of a plurality of notches spaced apart in the circumferential direction, and the number and position of the plurality of notches allows for extension of the skirt portion while remaining in an engaged state on the underside of the surface end portion. A container cap and closure according to claim 5, which is capable of holding oppositely disposed skirt portions substantially unaffected by the container. 7.
