すなわち煙突100の中心部より離れた側になるように
構成されているので、ワイヤロープ7に張力のかか4つ
ていない状態では、蓋体3は第1図のように煙突100
の外側に回転して、蓋体受は部材15により受は止めら
れるようになっている。なお、上記したような蓋体3を
はじめとする各部材は、煙突100を通過する排ガスに
対して耐食性のある材質、例えば5US3Q4ステンレ
ス鋼等の材料により構成している。
