<Prior art> The production of sheets in which a cushion body is coated with a skin material has traditionally been done by first creating the skin material by sewing with a sewing machine, etc., then covering the cushion body such as polyurethane foam with the skin material, and then hogging or hogging the necessary parts. This is done by joining with sewing thread, but this method involves a large number of steps and is cumbersome to manufacture, and it is inconvenient that the skin material cannot be joined along the uneven surface of the cushion body. Therefore, there are design limitations such as the inability to provide unevenness on the surface of the cushion body covered with the skin material.

For this reason, a method was proposed in which adhesive was applied to the front surface of the cushion body and then hot pressing was performed to join the cushion body and the skin material (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1983-1999-1).
63388), the process is simplified and the skin material is joined along the uneven surface of the cushion body.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in any of the above inventions, only the front and side surfaces of the seat are covered, and the cushion body is exposed on the back surface, which is unfavorable in terms of appearance and does not affect the seat bag. It cannot be applied as is. Therefore, in order to manufacture a seat bag, it is necessary to separately cover the back part with a resin panel, which increases the number of steps and is problematic in that it is more expensive than cloth or synthetic leather upholstery.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and it is possible to cover the back side of the seat with a skin material of the same quality as the front side, and there is no increase in the number of steps. A method of manufacturing a sheet is provided.

For this reason, the method according to the present invention includes the steps of forming a bag-shaped skin material in which a front part, a side part, and a rear view are successively arranged to cover the front, side, and back surfaces of a cushion body, respectively; After applying adhesive to one or both sides, there is a step of deactivating the adhesive force of the adhesive, and the cushion body is inserted into the skin material and set in a press mold, and pressurized to remove the skin of the cushion body. It is characterized by the process of adhering the materials.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a skin material 9 used in the present invention. This skin material 9 consists of a front part 1, a side part 2 connected to the upper part and left and right sides of the front part 1, and a back part 3 connected to the side part 2 and located on the rear side of the front part 1, It is shaped like a bag with only the lower part open. This can be formed into a bag shape by sewing the ends of each part with sewing thread, or by known means such as high frequency welding. Here, the front part 1 is a part that comes into contact with the body of the seated person, and is located at the seat surface in the case of a seat cushion, and at the backrest in the case of a seat bag. As the material for the skin material, inexpensive materials such as cloth or synthetic leather can be used.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a cushion body, particularly a cushion body 4 of a seat bag, which is made of foamed polyurethane foam or the like. This cushion body 4 includes a backrest portion 4a and a backrest portion 4a.
It has an uneven shape consisting of side support portions 4b that protrude forward from both the left and right sides, and an adhesive 5 is applied to the front side as shown by diagonal lines in the figure. The adhesive 5 is applied for the purpose of adhering the skin material 9 and the cushion material 4, and can be selected from a hot melt adhesive, a pressure sensitive adhesive, and other adhesives. After application, the adhesive force of the adhesive is temporarily deactivated to prevent unnecessary adhesion and uneven adhesion. For this reason, in the case of a hot-melt adhesive, a sheet-like or powder-like adhesive layer is formed on a predetermined portion of the cushion body 4, and this adhesive layer is heated and melted to impregnate the surface of the cushion body.
Next, a process of cooling and solidifying is performed. On the other hand, in the case of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a drying process is performed after application.

Next, the cushion body 4 coated with such an adhesive is inserted from the open lower end of the skin material.
FIG. 3 shows this state, in which the cushion body 4 is inserted so that the area to which the adhesive 5 is applied and the front part 1 of the skin material 9 face each other, and all other parts of the cushion body 4 except for the lower part are made of skin material. covered in In this case,
Preferably, predetermined portions of the lower end and back surface of the skin material 9 are connected to the cushion body 4 by hog rings, sewing threads, or the like. Furthermore, in this state, it is set in a press mold. FIG. 4 is a sectional view of such a state, and the press die consists of an upper die 6 and a lower die 7. First, the back side of the cushion body 2 covered with a skin material is fitted into the lower die 7, and positioned. Next, the upper mold 6 is lowered to press the front part 1 of the skin material so that it comes into contact with the cushion body 4. Then, the front part 1 of the skin material 9 and the front side of the cushion body 4 are bonded together with an adhesive by applying a predetermined pressure. In this case, in order to restore the adhesive force of the deactivated adhesive, in the case of a hot-melt adhesive, the adhesive is heated in advance and then pressure is applied. It is also possible to embed a heater and apply pressure at the same time. On the other hand, in the case of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, the adhesive strength is restored by application of pressure, so heating is not necessary, but the adhesive strength may be increased by heating. After the cushion body 4 and the skin material 9 have been bonded together as described above, they are taken out from the press mold and cooled to produce the seat bag 8 shown in FIG. 5.

In the above description, the adhesive is applied to the cushion body, but it may be applied to the back side of the skin material, or it may be applied to both the cushion body and the skin material. Furthermore, the application site may be provided not only on the front side of the sheet but also on the back side.
