栓状態となり、内部タンク3からの水が、弁座8
aを介して水洗便器1へ供給されるようになる。
このため、水洗便器1の便鉢内は、その水封用溜
水(トラツプ)が常に流動するようになり、凍結
が防止される。また、内部タンク3の内部につい
ても、前記流動水の流出により水位が下がること
となるから、ボールタツプ等の給水栓5(第3図
参照)から水が供給され続け、当該内部タンク3
の凍結も防止される。尚、前記流動水の供給量
は、その環境温度によつて多少の差異はあるが、
おおよそ、1時間に60前後となるように調節す
るのがよい。
