Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently a decorative material superior in design, by a method wherein a fluid and nonfluid patterning materials are fed within a frame and the patterning materials are molded by heating them with a high- frequency and heating devices. CONSTITUTION:A fluid patterning material 3 of a powdery and granular body and a nonfluid patterning material 4 of a cylindrical or lumpy matter such as pasty or dry blended polyvinyl chloride are fed within a vessel formed of a frame 1 and bottom plate 2. The patterning materials 3, 4 are pressed with a press plate 5 and high-frequency wave W1 is generated by a high-frequency generator 6 through a metallic plate 7. With the high-frequency wave W1, the center part of the patterning material in the vessel is heated and at the same time heated like W2 by a heating device 8 such as Nichrome wire in the metallic plate 7 and a similar heating device 10 in a base body 9. Then at the same time, heating is performed like W3 with the frame heated by the whole of the device.

(Prior art and problems) There is a conventional method for manufacturing thick sheets using a hot press machine, but when trying to obtain a thick lump using a fluid raw material, it is difficult to heat and harden it deep down. It took a long time to clean, and there was a risk of discoloration in areas near the heat source.

In addition, a method using high frequency is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-15271.
As disclosed in Publication No. 0, the comparative +19 thin sheet is used to mold an uneven pattern, but if only high-frequency heating is used to mold a thick lump, conversely, only the center part It also had the disadvantage that it was heated too quickly, causing discoloration in the center when the periphery became gelled.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a method for manufacturing decorative materials with a higher design quality, in which a fluid pattern material and a non-flow pattern material are supplied into a mold with a certain depth, and a high frequency The gist of this method is to provide a method for producing a decorative material, which is characterized in that the patterned material is heated by a heating means other than high frequency at the same time as the patterned material is heated and shaped, and then slit in the thickness direction. The present invention will be explained below based on the drawings.
