樹脂成型品を形成することが出来る。(For A13-) When a mixed powder of animal hair powder and natural leather powder is mixed with a synthetic resin material, the particle shape of the animal hair powder is microscopically rod-shaped, and it is mixed into the resin. When dispersed, the resin becomes intertwined like a net, and the resin adheres to the areas that hit the mesh, forming a film that forms a stable and uniform resin layer. Because the natural leather powder is trapped and dispersed in this resin film, it is possible to mix them more uniformly and in a larger amount than when animal hair powder or natural leather powder is mixed alone. It is possible to form a resin molded product with a low rate of brittleness even when the resin is used.

It is distributed in a uniformly dispersed state, and the volume of the mixture of animal hair powder and natural leather powder can be increased to the desired ratio according to the purpose, resulting in a soft and calm color tone. It is possible to provide a synthetic resin molded product that has excellent moisture permeability, water absorption, and non-static properties, and is also highly water resistant, durable, and antibacterial.

It is possible to supply a large amount of synthetic resin molded products with a high level of fungi, and it is also possible to change the color tone and feel by changing the mixing ratio of natural leather powder added to the animal hair powder. In other words, when the proportion of animal hair powder is increased, the characteristics of the mixed hair appear, making it more flexible and warm to the touch, and when the proportion of natural leather powder is high, the soft feel of natural leather is obtained.

First, the air in the vessel was replaced with steam, and then the vessel was sealed and heated for about 10 minutes. After the wool tissue was sufficiently swollen to the inside, the outlet of the pressure vessel was opened all at once to cause swelling due to rapid pressure reduction. Dry this until the moisture content is around 8%.
A mixed product obtained by mixing natural leather powder with an average particle size of 30 μm obtained in a similar manner to river wool powder with an average particle size of 35 μm at a ratio of 5:1, which was then crushed and classified using an impact crusher. Pellets were made by mixing 30% of the powder with 70% of polyethylene resin mixed with a plasticizer and kneading. When this pellet was put into an inflation molding machine and formed into a film, it had moisture permeability, water absorption, and non-static properties.
In addition, a high-quality film was obtained that has excellent water resistance, durability, and antibacterial properties, and can be used for various purposes as a laminate material. In the present invention, conventionally used fillers or additives may be added in order to obtain a synthetic resin molded product with further improved physical properties and functions. Also,
In order to further characterize the feel of the surface of the molded product, treatments such as sanding to remove a thin layer of resin from the surface are performed as necessary.
