Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily add the chemical substance such as the liquid and ions which give flavor into the bath water by adding the added liquid which naturally drops from a tank, adjusting the addition quantity by opening a solenoid valve for a certain time, thus dispersing the added liquid from circulation water into the bathtub water by a jet stream. CONSTITUTION:When an operating switch is pressed, a circulation pump 13 is driven, and water is sucked into a water circuit 12 from a bath water suction port 11a in a bath tub 11, and pressurized and reaches a jet nozzle 15 through a filter 14, and jetted as jet stream 15k which has a high speed and contains gas foams into a bath-tub 11 from the top edge of the nozzle 15. Then, the solenoid valve 18 of an air pipe 17 is closed, and a solenoid valve 20 of a tank 19 is opened. Then, a negative pressure is generated in a bypass passage 16, and a portion of the circulation water flows to the jet nozzle 15 side from a branch point 12a, and the liquid stored in the tank 19 is sucked into the branch point 16a through the solenoid valve 20 and the air pipe 17, and mixed with a portion of the circulation water which flows in the bypass passage 15, and absorbed by the jet stream at high speed of the circulation water which circulates in the water circuit 12, from the air suction port 15d of the jet nozzle 15, and jetted into the bath water and dispersed.

Operation According to the above 1, a small amount of the circulating water is caused to flow from the suction port of the circulation pump to the JA suction L1 of the jet nozzle by applying the negative pressure generated in the jet nozzle. Additive fluid is added to the flow from the tank by natural head while controlling the amount of addition by turning on the electric vamp for a certain period of time, and this added fluid is diffused by a jet stream into the bath water using circulating water. The main purpose of this method is sterilization and filtration (different from the conventional method), which involves adding liquids that give off scents such as flowers to the bathtub water, purification, and iii!
It is applicable to a wide range of applications, such as adding chemical substances such as chloride ion A in liquid form, and has a simple structure and can be provided at low cost.

When you press the operation switch installed near bath 4w11,
The circulation pump 13 is driven, and the bath water in the bathtub 11 is about 80%
The water is sucked into the water circuit 12 from the suction port 11a by the circulation pump 13 at a circulating flow rate of R/min, is pressurized to about 1.2 Kg/ci, and then passes through the filter 14 to the jet nozzle 15. Circulating water in the water circuit 12 enters the jet nozzle 15 through the water connection port 15e, is accelerated by the throttle portion 15f, and is injected from the discharge port 15g into the enlarged passage 15h as a high-speed jet of water. At this time, a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure is generated in the negative pressure area 15 on the outside of this high-speed jet water in the enlarged path 15h, and if the solenoid valve 18 of the air pipe 17 is opened, this negative Due to the negative pressure in the negative pressure chamber 15i that communicates with the pressure area 15, a part of the branch point 1 of the bypass path 16 is connected to the air suction port 15d.
Air pipe 17 connected to the circuit up to 6a and branch point 16a
Air from the atmosphere is sucked in from the atmosphere opening part through. At this time, the solenoid valve 20 is closed. The air from the air pipe 17 is mixed with the high-speed jet water, and the air flows through the jet nozzle 1.
From the tip of 5, a high-speed jet flow 15 with bubbles
It is sprayed into the bathtub 11 as water. This jet stream 1
5kG, which applies water pressure stimulation due to the collision of bubbles to the surface of the human body while bathing, and energy that causes the bubbles to burst due to the collision.
It improves blood circulation in capillaries and helps the body recover from fatigue. At the same time, the jet stream 75k collides with the surface of the human body, and the aged skin tissue on the surface of the human body is released into the bath water. 11, flows into the filter 14 via the water circuit 12, and is filtered by the filter to maintain the bathtub water clean. In addition, if you want to stop air bubbles in the jet stream 15, just close the solenoid valve 18 of the air pipe 17, and in this case, some of the circulating water in the bypass passage 16 is Approximately 4.0 fl/min will be circulated M"J. Therefore, at this time, the bathtub 11
The situation inside is that the circulating flow water volume without bubbles is approximately 80A/
Even when spraying from four jet nozzles 15 per minute,
It becomes a quiet, normal circulating flow, and has the advantage that even if the water level is uneven, such as when there is a difference in temperature lf above and below the water level, it can be uniformized quickly.

At this time, the above-mentioned normal circulating water flow that does not contain air bubbles is flowing, that is, the circulation pump 13 is driven and the air pipe 17
Keep the solenoid valve 18 of tank 1 closed, and then
9, the solenoid valve 20 is opened. As a result, bypass path 1
6 becomes a negative pressure of approximately 1.5 m, and a portion of the circulating water is approximately 4.0 m.
u/min flows from the branch point 12a to the jet nozzle 15 side, so the liquid stored in the tank 19 flows through the solenoid valve 20,
The air is sucked into the branch point 16a through the air pipe 17, mixed with a portion of the circulating water flowing through the bypass passage 15, and then passed through the air suction port 15d of the jet nozzle 15 into a high-speed jet of circulating water that has been circulating in the water circuit 12. It is absorbed and sprayed into the bath water where it is dispersed. Note that air is present in the passage from the branch point 16a to the branch point 17a of the air pipe 17 through which this liquid flows and the passage from the branch point 17a to the electromagnetic valve 20 when the jet stream 15 is generated. Therefore, when the amount of liquid to be added is small, some of it remains in the pipe,
Since it is possible that the air will not be mixed into the circulating water until the next air intake, consideration must be given to making the length of the vibrator as short as possible and ensuring that the air flows into the bypass passage 16 with a natural head. Further, the best control of the liquid to be added is based on the opening time of the solenoid valve 20, but as a method for further improving accuracy, it is also effective to replace the solenoid valve 20 with a low flow rate pump or the like.

Next, we will discuss specific examples of liquids that should be added through the above-mentioned operations and their associated effects. The first example is the case of a conventionally common sterilizing solution. Concentration 6%
In the case of sodium hypochlorite solution, the amount of water in the bathtub 11 is 2.

A second example is sodium or iii! is a liquid that produces water similar to hot spring water from various places that contains various metal ions such as acid ions.By adding a certain amount, you can enjoy the feeling of hot springs from various places in the comfort of your home, and further enhance the effects of hot spring water. wJ can wait. In the third example, when you want to enjoy the scent of flowers or water, in this case, multiple tanks 19 are connected to the air pipe 17 in parallel, and depending on your taste, select the additive tank 19 and add it to the bathtub water. Although it is more gradual, you can enjoy the atmosphere by letting out denial for a long time. Another example is the addition of colorants to add color.
There are a variety of additives that can be used to make bath water more appealing.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, by utilizing a bathing device for enjoying a bubble bath with a jet stream, by applying the negative pressure generated by the air suction mechanism of the diene [~ nozzle,
The liquid that should be added to the bathtub water is not added to the high-pressure circulating water, but is added to the negative-pressure jet nozzle, eliminating the need for an expensive high-pressure pump to overcome the water pressure of the circulating water, making it easy to install as household equipment. At the same time, it is possible to reduce costs and provide a multifunctional, high value-added bathtub device by combining various application examples.
