ある。 １……積層鉄心、２……鉄心溝、４……回転子
棒、８……第一の打込溝、９……第一の固定部、
１０……第二の打込溝、１１……第二の固定部。
図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
回転子を示す縦断面図、第２図は第１図の−
線による断面図、第３図は従来の構造の一部縦断
面図、第４図は第３図の−線による断面図で
ある。 １……積層鉄心、２……鉄心溝、４……回転子
棒、８……第一の打込溝、９……第一の固定部、
１０……第二の打込溝、１１……第二の固定部。
図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 積層鉄心の鉄心溝内に挿入された回転子棒が打
込溝によつて形成された固定部で上記鉄心溝に固
定される回転電機の回転子において、上記回転子
棒に軸方向の中央部近傍に所定長さに亘り深溝で
ある第一の打込溝を設けて第一の固定部を幅方向
に突出して形成し、上記中央部近傍以外の他部に
は上記第一の打込溝よりも浅溝である第二の打込
溝を設けて第二の固定部を幅方向に突出して形成
したことを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。
