着アセンブリーにおいて、囲繞押圧部材の圧着端
部が弾性体の板31A〜Cと剛体の板32A〜C
とを重ねた積層体3からなり、囲繞押圧部材には
筒状体の内外を連絡する空気抜き孔4を設けてあ
り、かつ発信子または受信子1は緩衝材5を介し
てホルダー6に保持されていることを特徴とする
