  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円筒状の真空チヤンバーの長手方向に設けた照

    延伸する電子ビームとなつている非走査形の電子
    線照射装置において、 カソード電極を内包するシールド電極を、その
    長手方向の略２分の１の点を支持点とし、前記真
    空チヤンバーの吊出し管内に設けた絶縁支持碍子
    により支持固定したことを特徴とする非走査形の
    電子線照射装置。
